      " I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessionalism I have experienced throughout my recent interaction with your team during the process of receiving services.From the outset, I experience a level of competence and diligence that would ensure I was adequately covered with my homeowner's insurance. However, I regrettably found that there was a lack of thorough research conducted on your part regarding the companies being referred for coverage. Ensuring that clients are set up with proper insurance is not only fundamental but also part of the responsibilities that come with your role. Unfortunately, due to this oversight, I have been left without homeowners' coverage, which has put me in a precarious situation. The implications of this negligence could have severe financial consequences for me, and I find it unacceptable that such a critical aspect was handled with such a lack of professionalism. Given the seriousness of this issue, I must inform you that I will be reporting your conduct to the Better Business Bureau and any other relevant agencies to ensure that this poor treatment is made known. It is important that others are aware of the potential risks they may encounter by working with your team. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that future clients receive the thorough assistance and coverage they deserve.I hope you take this feedback to heart and reconsider the standards and services provided to your client.
