I had this company install INSTALL MASTIC VENTURA NOT-VENTED SOLID VINYL VERTICAL SIDING INSTALL VENTED SOFFIT AND PVC COATED FASCIA, back in August of 2023. A piece of siding come off during Hurricane ****** in Nov of 2024 and has left wood exposed. Not sure what other damaged is now being created by still not having this piece. I reached out via email in the beginning of Nov 2024 and was told by *** ***** on 11/5/2024 that ***** the production manager would get in touch and there would be a $200.00 service charge. I received a call on 11/20/2024, that they would look to see if they the same color in stock and get back to me. No one ever did. I followed up again 12/8/2024, no reply. I followed up again on 1/8/2025, *** ***** said I will pass your information on. Here we are 1/24/2005, no phone call and nothing is fixed. They said the product can withstands hurricane winds, but this piece did not. I don't totally agree with paying $200.00, but at this point I will because I need the piece fixed. I just want to know when they can take care of it.Business Response

I need **** to honor our warranty agreement .I have emails were he agreed to send a crew to fix the problems as of May he cant be reached at his office or the number he gave me . I called his office and asked the person who answer to asked him to put his intent in writing He did not respond .Business Response

All Florida Exteriors is going to send an installer to make a material list to make corrections on Mrs. Browns house the week of 11/20/2024.
Once materials have arrived, All Florida Exteriors will make the corrections to the siding.
All Repairs should be completed by 12/13/2024.

I am rejecting this response because:As you are aware I issued a complaint against All Florida ************** I received a response thru BBB He agreed that he would assess all repairs it should be completed by 12/23/24. ( refer to complaint listed on your site) No one showed up to assess damage or complete job. I constantly tired to call company but calls will not go thru . Siding continue o fall off , I .can not reach **** or his Company. He received payment for the worked I simply expect him to do the same

All Florida Exteriors promises to make warranty and hurricane damage repairs from more than a year ago, but they do not follow through. They have returned my calls in the past, and sent out someone to see what was needed with the promise that, as soon as they had the materials, they would be out to make the repairs. Then there is no action or contact. Previous BBB complaint for same thing: #******** I have spoken to management and the owner, *********************. ************** was very angry about my previous BBB complaint and was quite rude on the phone. He sent someone out within a couple of days, but that was a year ago. All Florida Exteriors has done nothing to resolve this issue.Customer Answer

Received a phone message at 11:21 am. Siding installer delayed out of town by rain. Planning to do my work on Monday, Aug. 5. Due to the expected tropical storm due to arrive on Sunday, I don't really think the work will be done on Monday. Updates to follow.Business Response

All Florida Exteriors installed vinyl siding 2 years ago and salesman Ron said, "It will hold up to anything. If not, it's all warrantied." I have been calling them for the past 5 months about chipped and broken pieces of siding and trim. I've spoken to Dee and Danny. Each time, I am told "someone will be in touch" or "as soon as they have someone in the area you'll be put on the schedule," but it never happens and I never hear back from anyone. I expect them to make good on their promises and replace the damaged pieces.Business Response

Hired this company to come out and re-side my house (2022). They were supposed to remove all exterior wood rot, and place new vinyl siding on as well as install new soffit. The job completed in November(2022) but I have been noticing poor craftmanship/quality since completion. The siding has come off, window trim is unsecure/loose, and a lot of edges are loose and not connected, some of them you can simply pull off. I now have soffit that is not connected and sagging down. They have no showed no called twice for repairs. They will not inform the owner of the issues either, they leave it all up to the install manager who gives no communication and pawns it off on his workers. I have absolutely no confidence that this was installed correctly given the multitude of problems since installing. I want someone who installs siding (they sent out their window guy to repair my siding) to come and look over everything.Business Response

We contracted All Florida Exteriors to provide new soffits and fascia installation and remove old ones. We contracted this back in October 2022 and was told 6 weeks until job could be done. It is now February 21, 2023 and the work has not been started. We have heard excuse after excuse for 4 months as to why this job cannot be started. The company has spoken to us very rudely at times and have blatently lied to us. This home is in Florida and we live in New York and have now driven 1100 miles to meet then on the day they claimed to start work. After excuses of supply chain, worker illnesses, truck breakdowns, and lies saying they were purchasing wood in Home Depot on two different occasions, and stating they were “on their way to start work with the wood”, they have never made any attempt at showing up at the house and starting work. We explained to them numerous times that we lived in New York and requested far in advance to commence work on February 20 when we were able to get to Florida. The company said multiple different days they would start work and continually changed it in the 3 weeks prior to the date of commencement. We have a tenant who was also inconvenienced. We are tired of waiting for them to stop lying and start work. Six weeks has turned into 4 months. Asking for money back has also not happened and had to dispute the charge with the credit card. I am rejecting this response because:
We have been waiting since February 21, 2023 for All Florida Exteriors to refund our deposit of $2,000. As if now we are still waiting. Why is it taking so long?? I have seen no response from this company to the credit card dispute either. I am awaiting a refund still (it is now Wednesday night), and hopefully will see it this week, as there is only two days left in this week for the company to finally issue refund. This delay and procrastination shown by this company is totally unacceptable and therefore shows the way this company does business. They promised a refund in their last response but we are still waiting….

On January 29, 2022, All Florida Exteriors, Inc. and I entered into a contract for the a modernization project. A down-payment of $2,000 was made at time of contract signing.
