      I purchased the Cortina bed set for over $10,000 and noticed a small, very minor damage on the side of the sleigh. I called to have it repaired and was directed to a website where I had to put all my information in. Name address phone and had to describe the problem and uploaded photos of the damage as well as my receipt. About 2 weeks later I had to email the company, montage, to ask when will my bed be repaired because I have not Heard back from them. I got a text one or 2 days later asking for the photos again. I replied to the text and I also email the photos to them again. I then got about 2 days later again, an email asking for all the info I already gave. Name number receipt number warranty number etc etc. Who are these people managing these complaints within this company? What make it wo difficult for the customer to get a damage repaired after I paid over $600 for the repair warranty. I did all that was asked and keep getting asked for the same info again. This is very frustrating! All i need is my damage to be repaired as per the warranty i paid for and i did all the uploads and filled out all the forms and still get bits and pieces of text and emails asking for info again. What happened to Eldorado furniture who I have been buying from over 27 years? After this is done I will not be purchasing from them again and at this point I do not think my hed will be repaired so there goes my $600

      Montage, the Warranty Company,  was advised that the customer had been waiting for an answer regarding the issue with her bed. As per information we received from  Montage, the  customer submitted two claims for the same situation.  That's the reason Montage asked for the information again, since they had two open claims for the same issue.  The  customer was contacted via email on 08/18/2022 at 2:53 PM  and informed that they will be contacted by the technician company to schedule a service. The customer replied with a  thank you on the same day. Please be aware that  the accidental damage warranty is with Montage, therefore this issue is being addressed by them.
