2 starsNobel was contracted by our overseas agent to cover the ** portion of our household shipment from ****** to the **. Having moved internationally many times before, I can say that this was the worst experience I've ever had. Lack of communication, receiving invoices for port charges with absolutely no explanation or details. Granted, there was a misunderstanding between Nobel and the overseas agent about who should be paying for what, and the amount we paid was eventually refunded. However, the unprofessionalism of our agent rep and the lack of communication from her side would prevent me from ever using Nobel again.Review fromWilliam T

5 starsThe most important thing for me is to have my belongings intact when transporting abroad. Among 16 boxes there was also a TV, which arrived without any damage. Also the import coordinator, Martha, was really attentive and provided me with all the updates til delivery.Review fromMoshe S

After disputing the shuttle fee, it became apparent that there was a misunderstanding between Nobel and the moving company they had subcontracted to.
