    I am reaching out to All-Star Vanline regarding the recent relocation service I engaged the company for, from ******* to *******. The duration of the move was extended to 2.5 months, and despite extensive communication, the company was unable to confirm the status of my entire apartment. The items were initially collected on 08/11/2024 and eventually delivered on 10/13/2024. Out of the 45 pieces that were originally collected, I only received 5 pieces, one of which was a damaged television. I have taken the necessary steps to file a police report for the missing items.I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided. I was informed of the company's 3.8% surcharge for credit card transactions and, due to safety and security considerations, I elected to proceed with credit card payment. Regrettably, a substantial 95% of the items were stolen.

    I contacted them 12/2023 to move 1 bed rm apart. furniture from ** to *********.I spoke with ****** they ask for your items give you an estimate and tell you they giving u a discounts. They tell you they have a truck going to ** you should get ur stuff in a week. estimate ****. movers arrive collect 70% of your balance. I was moving from 10x10 1st floor storage. they get there stated I was over 50 ft another ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** its by cu square it doesnt matter what I send. why ask. Then half of my stuff in the truck i was told my estimated 480 cu ft that with just boxes n 15 plastic 27 gallon bins. So if putting furniture they said its 800 cu another estimate for **** I had to give **** more I already gave **** and **** when deliver i had to leave table n refuse to take chair off the truck. If I wanted to cx for them to open the truck n give me my stuff I had to give them **** n **** will be lost because that what for the gas n for the mover to get there. They use 3rd company so one truck pick up then they will take it to another truck to bring to **. N another truck to deliver. I dont get updates I have called 3x I been told my things still in ** they have not found a truck to come to **.. They say in the estimate if you going less **** miles expect your items **** days she telling me by law is 21 days n not to include weekend. But they picked up my things on Sunday. they keep saying it will be more charge upon arrival. I am a 1 person I been living in empty apartment waiting for my furniture Now they saying they have until 2/6/24. I dont have anything I dont have family here. Im VA employee. We had a cold freeze last week and none of my things. Had to buy clothes air ******************* If they didnt have a way bring my stuff to ** why take the job and my money. I never use any company I believe n trusted them.
