    My air condition unit needed to be replace, Central Comfort Air was just a couple blocks from my house checked the review on BBB and then hired them. Six mos. later I notice water in the pan under the coil. *** came out said I needed the coils cleaned in place for 350.00+reason because of my dogs. A few mos. later same situation occurred now they wanted to charge me over ****** to take coils outside to be cleaned. I just don't have the money to keep cleaning the coil plus I have never had this problem before. I was told to buy a contract ****** ask would this include the coils "no". I called numerous times ask to speak to the owner but was denied by the manger. The last time I called the manager told me this was the third and last time she would send someone out. The tech came out and told me the coil and pan would need to be replaced still under warranty. NEXT DAY MANAGER CALLED SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT TO CLEAN THE ****** I said the coils are to be replaced, I told my son and he got the number for the owner and spoke to him. The owner stated he didn't know anything about this problem he would go to the store in AM to see what was going on. Owner called my son, manager stated the tech said a cleaning yet the tech came was ask what said answer was the coil / pan needed to be replaced. The owner had his speaker on so my son heard this. It took over six weeks to receive the coil, when they put the new coil in I was told the lower corners looked to be clogged. This company then sent me a bill for 550.oo less ***** manager discount 4*****. I believe this *** is taking advantage of a senior this appears to be a scam. I already paid once for the coils why should I pay again? My son called the owner several times yet no answer to talk about this bill. What a disappointment this has been.

    Full amount was refunded to customer. Lady has 3 German Shepherd and cats at the house that is why coil keeps getting clogged and water starts dripping. Thank you.
