    I had a roofing job that ended up being subcontracted out to ******. ****** ended up using ***** and ***** Innovations and it was the worst experience ever. A very summed up version: I was on a deadline to get my roof replaced and when I followed up to see how it was going, I was told they were already working on it. When I got home, nothing was done. I had to chase the ****** to find out what’s happening. ***** ended up sending a kid (teen or early 20s) with his girlfriend to work on it. Eventually another guy came and helped. In the process they damaged my gutter. ****** took care of the gutter as he should have. There were days I would be told they will come between 8-10, no one would show and I’d waste a day at home. This happened multiple times and caused me issues with my job. There would even be times they would show up on a day nothing was scheduled, so I wasn’t home. After 4 months of chasing them to finish the job, I was happy I wouldn’t have to deal with them any more. Sure enough, the roof had a leak. I didn’t have a leak before they touched my roof. It has taken 6 months, my roof still isn’t fixed and I now have mold. My largest frustration is ****** will listen and try to sound like he is on your side to fix the issue. In the end, he would drop the ball. I’d have to call him 6 times to get an answer. If I still couldn’t get a response, I’d call the manager of the company I originally had a contract with. THEN I’d finally get scheduled in to finish work. ****** is good at diffusing situations, but he later tries to play victim like he has no control when he is the one in charge of the contractors he uses. Needless to say I will be filing a claim with the main contact that assigned me to ******.
