      I call at least 4 times a day to the technical support because the Internet with my lifeline account just disappears. Every time I try to use the hotspot it times out with an error message saying trying to authenticate account. I'm elderly and disabled and need to know I can reach out at any given moment.

      Have an enrollment ID and one with the Lifeline and been approved since 10-16-23. Every time I call they can not find nothing concerning my account. Always a different story. Just called them 4 times and 3 out of the 4 calls THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Lets get some REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE IN PLACE.!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE AT SAFELINK WIRLESS CARES ABOUT THERE JOB TO SERIOUSLY CARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED.

      Nope. Nope. Nope. Don't bother. If you want to port your number to another service provider and you keep having issues, follow this and pony up the money to go with a legit pay service. Safelink *****. The customer service folks are courteous so that's not the issue. I feel like they're purposely running me in circles and that the problems are inherent to these government affiliated companies. Maybe they will get better if they continue to get bad reviews?

      This is an absolute horrible company. Not only is the service spotty and all customer service reps are supervisors and rude. But now they sell products that they don't even sell but can not get my money back. I have all the names and recordings of all NINE of my conversations with in the past THREE days. I am absolutely horrified that a company like this is allowed to work like they do.

      Worst phone service I have ever had! I have tried everything including a $600 phone with their service and it does not matter SAFELINK ***** PERIOD!

      Safelink is just a way to dump everything you don't need into one bucket. Old on the cheap made products and services snake oil for Lambs waiting to be slaughtered. I'll try my luck with a piece of string and two can before I waste any time on your pos services again.

      Horrible cell service provider any time I am not connected to WiFi I cannot make phone calls or access the Internet with out constant interuption. The only thing worse than the device is the customer service they are no help and extremely rude stay away!

      I've been trying and trying to get a replacement phone, then
      I finally get a replacement just yesterday after months later and this
      phone is a used phone and the back of it is cracked in places and like I
      sad I just got it yesterday and I called them three times and they told
      me that the government picked my replacement phone and sent it to me
      and my other phone was a Motorola G stylus and the phone they replaced
      me with is blue view 3 and it is used and they kept telling me that the
      government picked my phone out and sent it to me I've had bad customer
      service from TracFone SafeLink Wireless and they're trying to blame the
      government for it so it looks like I'm going to have to change phones
      with another service
