      I'm forced to leave 1 star to record my review. This customer service is absolutely horrid. If u like bring frustrated, stressed, and high blood pressure then u are in the right arena. Their is no consistency here. If u call back with problem you will get different answer. Asking for a supervisor is never an option. I have dropped my benefit because I cannot deal with this insanity of support no more. I wish people would notice my warning. I cannot believe the government lets safelink wireless treat people thus way. If u ever take a vote to shut this company down count on my vote. I just can't stress enough how poorly and their inept ability to understand and care about yr problem with their service.

      I have been using their lifeline service for 12 years. When it works it works fine, but over the years repeated issues with benefits not coming in as expected. A couple years ago they de-enrolled me due to a technical glitch and I almost lost my #. Took 18 phone hours over 10 days, on my dime , to resolve, in the middle of a life and death crisis. Due to an ongoing technical issue on their side, they recently issued me not one, but two new enrollment Ids in succession, and subsequently refuse to reinstate my **** minutes a month. Filing a complaint with the **** **************** is hit or miss. Sometimes they are ok, but often are rude and do NOT listen. They talk over you to the point of wanting to go ballistic. They often refuse to escalate calls, even when it is appropriate. I wish Lifeline had better providers in ** as Assurance is -from what I hear- about the same.

      I applied for unlimited date talk and text and this system is so agitating. These people are very very bad and do not deserve a five star rating. I qualified for the Unlimited Data Talk and Text and this system changed my responses to acquaint for its lack of honesty. I called support @ acp.com and explained what their shitty system is doing to me and they were too incompetent and negligent of my complaints that I listed to them. They did absolutely nothing to assist me. You’re better off actually buying a phone plan from a refutable phone dealer. At least people like Verizon do not commit advertising fraud or consumer fraud on a regular basis if you can actually afford to pay your bill.

      No Stars!! I got this phone and now it will not even charge or turn on. I have called cs 6 times with 3 of those calls being hung up on. They are not resolving the issue at all. So now that I am here 2 and a half months later I believe I have lost my service all together. I asked to speak to a supervisor after the 2nd hangup and then that person hung up on me. They have been no help and just been a waiting game to even have a phone. The gov should switch whom they do business with. This is unfair to those who need this phone!! Such a hassle for crappy phones that don't work or go bad after a short time!

      My *********** receive help from the government, we don't make much in income. While my mom was alive she received Safelink wireless services, but she passed away last year & the wireless phone was canceled for non-use of **************** was passed to someone else. A year later I re-applied for me since I have proof that we got help from Access *******. At first, it was approved, then rejected. We waited for a letter explaining why but never received one, they didn't even explain the reason on their Safelink enrollment site. I don't think Safelink is fair at all, they think everyone lies in their application even with shown documents. Will never reapply with them, a waste of time.

      SafeLink been calling me a liar. I have an government phone says I've been approved for minutes. They saying I haven't. Talk to the lifeline support customer service and we called on 3 way and SafeLink never picked up there phone. What am I suppose to do

      I have been through a living nightmare for the last year-plus with Assurance Wireless and Safelink Wireless. I was sent three phones from Assurance, all of which were pieces of junk. I switched to Safelink Wireless and was sent a phone; however, after multiple phone calls, I never got the phone activated. All of the people I spoke with obviously do not know what they are doing....or care. I do not understand how these companies stay in business.

      I live on SSI . I have one old broken phone I can only use with Wi-Fi now. I had a SafeLink sim only in it for 4 months. I was approved for SafeLink to get a phone I really need one. Worst possible phone ever! It will never charge past 1% . I have done EVERYTHING I was told to try. So I guess I still will not have a phone. I contacted chat and and asked can I just use the sim again so I can make calls & use maps. I was told my number was not in use for 60 days? It was turned off 3 days ago when I got this c*** phone. I never screenshot the chats. This is government help wow. A fail. Thanks

      This company needs to be sued they took my money and didnt turn my service on they put you on hold and hang up on you they never reimbursed my money and I will consult an attorney. Go out of business!! My service was on one week.

      I like safe link My phone has been stolen so I've got to apply for a new phone.
