      Horrible company with horrible customer service! They don't help one bit and hang up on you. My service worked for one whole week. Ive attempted multiple times to call customer care for trouble shooting with no help or getting hung up on. They should not even be in business

      I'm not giving no star's, customer service is rude ,all I asked was I eligible for a new phone because this out of date phone I first received is out can't receive no calls anything I explained that they continue to Hung up can't speak no English these are free government phones don't belong to them , I had to call 4 times to finally talk to a alright decent person.. it's terrible someone need to train them how to speak to people I'll never call them anymore.

      I purchased a SafeLink money card to put $20 on my phone so that an inmate can call me collect from a jail. However before adding money to my phone I had the cashier call the card to make sure I would be able to receive collect calls and I was assured that I would. This transaction took place in April of 2023. I have not been able to receive a collect call from the inmate till this day. I have called SafeLink numerous times to resolve this issue with nothing being done. Therefore, I have $20 sitting dormant on my phone that I am not able to use. SafeLink will not refund the money to my debit card or place the money where I can use it to receive calls from the inmate. I would greatly appreciate help from the BBB to resolve this issue. I will be waiting to hear from you.

      There is no star low enough to describe the way I have been treated tonight. Over 30 mins waiting and hearing over an over please hold so I can process your request. It was my 5th call to them trying to resolve issue and get a new phone which is my right every year. I agree with everyone that has a complaint, staff can't speak English clearly, hang up on me, get nothing done about my call nor do they follow through, they were ti rext me wirhin 15 mins. To see if reboot has worked. No I've done this now 4 times in 3 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions to get a new phone. I'm handicapped and 62 and fall alot. I need a phone desperately! They do not deserve even one star.

      This is by far the WORST situation I have ever been in when it comes to phone service. I was approved and was supposed to be receiving the Unlimited ACP phone benefits however, every other day my plan is changed to limited minutes and I end up having NO minutes. When I call I just get transferred to all kinds of departments with no resolution. I even ended up calling ACP themselves and they could see that on July 18 I was disenrolled from the benefit (no idead why) although for the past 2 weeks safelink has told me that I am enrolled and it would taken up to about 30 mins for it to reflect on my account. That is not true! My phone is still on set minutes I have no sms after reaching out to customer service repeatedly the past few days. Ive made multiple FCC complaints and still have no resolution. The only option I have at this point is to go with a different carrier and hopefully find a way to port my number out that I ported in with. This company needs to be shut down. They are untruthful, shady & playing with people services. I myself not only use my cellular device for business but I need it to keep if with my daughter sugar levels. Beware do not use safelink. Look at and take these reviews into consideration before trying to deal with them. The headache is NOT worth it. No one at safelink knows their job and they lie repeatedly!

      Do not sign up for SafeLink wireless,,,rude incompetent liar's ruined my application for ACP life line services,,,which I quality for now I'm without services,,,how can they be a funded program for the government? they need to be investigated!

      My services have been cut off multiple times. I am on lifeline but on at least 3 times I have had to pay for services. They say I cannot have lifeline and git a reduction on my internet, so they cut me off, are they say I am not using my services. And cut me off no email warning It is a pattern. Every few months I have been cut off. And they say I have to buy a plan. They are rude confused and not willing to help. I think they need training. I am allowed to have lifeline and a reduction on my internet. And I use my phone for my job. So I am using my service. Every few months I have to buy minutes fill out a application which will not let me complete my application now because Every few months I am filling out a new one, so now I am paying to be on lifeline. Can someone please help I cannot afford to buy minutes every month. Can someone look into how many times I have had to deal with these people

      My phone was turned off in the middle of a very important conversation I was having because they said I had to recifty and that it would take a couple days to get re approved so I said I would do TracFone since I already purchased minutes. What a rip off of free service

      Worst company ever, the people cant speak english, they will hang up on you and are very unknowledgable and obviously dont care for your service or to help with your phone when it doesnt work or need to re-enroll.
