      The WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life! They shut my phone service off every month, telling me I had to "re-certify", "re-activate", or "re-apply" for my benefits, even though I already had done so multiple times. I've spent countless hours on the phone waiting on hold, just to be transferred and hung up on over and over again.

      I've had Safelink for years with continually worsening problems. First off, about every 6 months I lose some or all of my service and have to contact the company to get it restored. Usually requires hours on the phone over days to get it resolved. I'm usually transferred and hung up on several times.Then last year, I lost service due to them changing their service provider to ******** I spent at least 40 hrs on the phone with them (mostly on hold) over a period of months in an attempt to restore service. At first they told me I need a new SIM card that would be sent to me free of charge. It was never sent. I then spent many more hours with customer service, with multiple hang **** to get another one sent. It was never sent. I ended up losing service and the phone number I had for a decade because I hadn't been able to make my monthly phone call. Eventually, months later I had my service restored under a new number.Finally, not even 6 months later, I lose service again. I'm told this time I need yet another SIM card that will be sent to me free of charge. Never arrived. Called customer service and was told they're no longer sending free SIM cards and that I have to buy one. Looking at other reviews, though it appears even if I buy a new SIM, it probably won't work.This company is nothing short of a scam. Lying and taking advantage of low income and disabled people like myself is just their modus operandi.I'll be switching services and hoping for the best

      Kept me calling every day multiple times a day for over a week to opt in to the unlimited data plan then told me unlimited data wasn't unlimited data.One girl called me and told me everything was taken care of and told me what to say on the customer satisfaction survey and I learned later that she didn't fix my problem.

      As long as you don't have to deal with a representative you should be all set! My phone did not stop working from Oct 2022 until today. I called customer service for a voicemail issue the call got disconnected and I ended up having no service on the phone shortly thereafter. Finally realized I must be being hung up on because shortly thereafter I soon found myself going through seven Representatives including a supervisor. They definitely will mislead you, and hang up on you. It was very frustrating for me to experience because this is a phone that I utilize for work. Turns out the 7th representative was the only one who knew what he was doing and the only one who was empathetic enough to actually solve the problem.

      Bad customer service! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, SafeLink customer service representatives are very ignorant and disrespectful Cos what say goes even when they know they’re wrong and if don’t accept what say they will hang up on knowing that there will be no consequences for their actions…. Specially with people who receive wireless assistance from the government… Thank you.

      I paid for 30 days of service I ported my number on the first day my plan was to give the remaining service with its new number to a family member but when I ported it they canceled my service and I lost my other 29 days I paid for 30 days and I got to use one day they will not give me any money back and they will not reactivate my plan that I paid for

      How you have LIFELINE and run outta minutes.This is the ************* I've Ever Dealt/Conversed With!NONE of the call centers employees speak friggin English!!! How do you work in *******,take calls from Consumers and CANT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH.They have NO idea wth their doing!They admit that!!!They recently gave me the run around for 5 friggin hours,While They All Were Laughing,I Could Hear Them All In The Background.Ultimately getting no where with NO Positive Results.I am Disabled and need a working phone....My phones still off! I've spoken to BOTH Lifeline&ACP,They Both Are Also **************************** Should Be SHUT DOWN,AND the BBB needs to Seriously Do Something About Them ASAP! I give them NO STARS!

      Worst service sent me a phone that won't charge spent 2hour trying to get a return label they sent me another phone told them I didn't want there phone my son hooked me up with a phone an his service now I have 2phone that I didn't want .how do I get them to take them back tryed again for a return label problely get another phone

      SafeLink claimed I qualified for free unlimited data phone and text. So I got the phone and found out I have to pay for it.They absolutely lied to me
