      Company is nothing but deceptive. Will string you along and lie to you and you will spend dozens of hours on the phone just trying to resolve the tiniest issue with their overseas call center and people that apparently don't know what the h*** they're doing very sad

      SAFELINK REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MENTALLY ILL GUYS NUMBER ABD GE DIED BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET TO HIM IN TIME!!! I EXPLAINED IT ALL TO THEM ABD THEY LAUGHED AND SAID OH WE CANT GIVE YOU HIS NUMBER EVEN IF ITS AN EMERGENCY THEY SAID CALL THE POLICE I SAID MAM I ALREADY DID!!! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE NE HIS NUMBER KNOWING IT WAS AN EMERGENCY!!!! THERE IS NOTHING GOOD I EVER HAVE TO SAY ABOUT SAFELINK!!! ALL THE OTHER PROVIDERS ALWAYS GAVE ME HIS NUMBER ALL THESE YEARS BUT NOT SAFELINK!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! HORRID PEOPLE !!! HIS FIRST 3 PHONES NEVER WORKED WRONG SIM CARDS NO SERVICE!!! ZERO STARS!!!! NOW THEY WILL LIVE WITH HIS BLOOD ON THIER HANDS!!! DOUBT THESE SADISTIC DEMONIC EVIL PEOPLE EVEN CARE AT ALL!!!!

      At first I thought SafeLink was an alright company considering they offer phones (but they're junky tracphones) and I believe they do have the best plan for ACP lifeline benefits with 25 gb high speed data , 5 gb hotspot, unlimited calls and text messages...that being said. I recently lost my job and have been having a tough time in general, going through a divorce and trying to keep everything together. I've never been on any type of government assistance, even when my children were younger....that wasn't a dig or anything... Just stating this is all new to me. I put an add in newspaper to offer room for rent so I could pay my monthly house bill. They had also applied for ACP/lifeline benefits. And I try to login to my SafeLink account and it says it's been suspended bc someone else in my household is getting benefits. Okay I didn't even know this person's name until last week...were NOT a household. And I read clearly on the *** website, that if your living expenses are separate...rent, utilities, food, toiletries ECT that your not considered a "household" but if your a pile of family or friends ECT that are clearly sharing all bills and each chip in to pay everything or each of you pays something...that's sharing living expenses....that being said....SafeLink just shuts my service off...doesn't ask *** questions, doesn't ask for proof... nothing! What do I need to do in this situation. Please advise

      Absolutely horrible company! I had a phone through them that was stolen. Called them to report it stolen and shut it off because I do not have it and found out that its impossible to do with them. They keep asking for an enrollment ID number which I was never given when the phone was setup. Then they kept wanting to send a verification # to the lost/stolen phone? Umm the phone is lost/stolen so how am I supposed to receive a verification code on it? Then they say theyre sending an email verification I have not received one email from safelink since the phone was set up almost a year ago so I dont think the person at the phone booth ever put it under my email obviously cause I never got the verification email either thing is the phone is under my name and all my information but safelink refuses to shut my lost/stolen phone off without an enrollment id number or verification number because NONE of my personal information used to setup the phone is verification?? Make it make sense Safelink. Absolute horrible company with horrible customer service!! Stay away and avoid ********************. No other company puts you through this or makes it near impossible to shut off a lost/stolen phone.

      HOLY *********!!!!! DO NOT!!!!I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I don't want to get into all the details I've had with them. I've read other comments, and they explain all my awful situations.It's frustrating as **** to communicate with these *********.TERRIBLE!! AWFUL! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! JUST BLANK BRAINS READING REBUTTALS.

      Horrible customer service. Service has been disconnected 3 months in a row. Ive been told to reapply because I canceled service. I never canceled. Cant even speak with a sales rep with clear English. So frustrating. Going to pay for spectrum because its not worth my frustration any longer.

      I have had this service since Jan 2022. I received the Samsung galaxy a21 phone and have only gone over my free minutes 2 times. I Thank You for the free phone and free service!

      Last month enrolled with Safelink Wireless and got my phone in themail and when I got the phone it would not activate, and my dad called them to activate my phone but they could not activate my phone and they said they're sending out a new phone but that was weeks ago and I have no phone to call someone what a waste of time. They should not send out a phone that is defective. Now my account is canceled so I have to go to another company. Do not sign up for Safelink Wireless.
