      I signed my 80 year old mother up for low income phone service and have had nothing but problems with their customer support. They have lied to me multiple times about my service. Her phone was deactivated within the same week it was activated and now their saying she has no data. They have hung up on me multiple times when asked to talk to a manager. I've got nothing but the run around for over a month now even though on her account it says she's approved with no further documentation needed. THIS COMPANY IS A *****. I will give a 1 star only cause I have to otherwise it would be 0

      Customer service is the worst and phone still does not work. I get service a little while and then it stops. They also keep telling me to make a text or call to avoid being cut off. IF I COULD GET SERVICE I WOULD....

      I get free phone because I'm 75 and low income. I've had 4 phones, 2 from safelink and 2 from assurance wireless. None of them have worked in my house. If I had an emergency, I'd have to go across the street to use them. The last one was a Schok phone. They promised to send me a better phone if I paid over $50 for it. What good is a phone if you fall, or have a medical emergency if you have to crawl across the street to use it. These services tell you anything you want to hear, just to get you off the phone.

      My Grandmother was approved for the affordable connectivity program and received a SIM card from safe link to use in her existing phone. She asked me to help her install the sim and activate the phone. Today is day 3 working with customer service and I am beyond frustrated. Day 1: I called the customer service line to port her existing phone number to the new sim. **************** completed the request and told me it would be 24 hours before the phone transfer was complete but in the meantime assured me that my grandmother would still be able to use the phone. She was not in fact able to use the phone. She kept receiving a message that said her phone had been disconnected. Day 2: I called customer service back. I was hung up on twice during an attempt to transfer to a higher up agent. The automated machine forces you to wait through over a minute of messages before youre allowed to select an option that will transfer to an agent. The 3rd time I called the agent was able to successfully complete the transfer and the higher up agent was able to troubleshoot the issue and get the phone working with the correct number. My grandmother was able to successfully use her phone to text and call for only a few hours before the phone stopped working again. Again the phone said the number was disconnected.Day 3: I called customer service back. I was hung up on 4 times during an attempt to transfer to a higher up agent. Finally after being extremely frustrated about my 5th call, I asked to speak with a manager and the agent hung up on me. On my 6th call an agent was able to complete the transfer and after troubleshooting the agent assured me she fixed the issue and my grandmother should shut down her phone and restart and everything would work. She shut down the phone and it still did not work. As I write this the issue is not fixed. My grandmother has been 3 days without phone service. I have spent hours with customer service, I fear this will not be fixed

      We weren't getting data for our plan for over six months, We kept asking them to fix it and it wasn't. So we decided to switch carriers.And it's been HELL get our pin account number and now they refuse to unlock phone due to my wife not able to authenticate her account,

      This company needs to be reported, the customer service provided to less fortunate individuals, is very sickening. I sat on the phone all day, with no resolution ever reached. Customer service agents DO NOT LISTEN or handle your issues with respect for time. Continuously hung up on because the foreign agents lack proper training from basic, to higher management levels. They are the worst customer service agents I've ever dealt with. This has been going on for years. They failed to resolve my technical issues and made me go in circles over and over! Missing work! This service is ridiculous and it is not easy to use these services. Service in general is very low quality! This is sad! Network cannot handle all services offered by Safelink/Verizon Wireless! Foreign agents are no help!

      Horrible foreign customer service! Horrible people whom do not understand conversational english! They will not let you speak to a supervisor when asked. They blame all problems on ACP and the national verifier. When you do a conf call with ACP they still blame them. ******* named ***** was rude and very disrespectful. This program is supposed to help people. It doesnt! It makes it difficult!

      I think there customer service department are the worst. They don't have a good system in place if your phone is stole. They refuse to let you speak to supervisors to get help. I will never get a phone from them.

      Absolutely awful, awful customer service. I have been with ******************** ACP /for seven years and they turned off my phone for no reason! Have tried getting it turned back on with no success. Have spoken with customer service 15 times! Terrible and still no phone service. Rude responses and was cut off. Made a complaint to the *** and CHANGING PROVIDERS. If I could give less than a one, I would.

      They DO send you a good phone . But they deactivate your phone , and cancel your service without giving you a reason .
