    On three separate occasions our company wired:* 2/21/2024 $5.750 * 2/28/2024 $7.000 * 4/4/2024 $40.000 The first 2 wires were for invoices containing an assortment of laptops and AIOs, from which we already ran into some problems, incomplete orders and mislabeled products. We should have stopped working with them right then, unfortunately we did not.The wired issue for $40.000 was sent on the promised of 200 mini pcs. First week Tekrak did not deliver citing logistical issues, 2 week was the same, 3 week claimed they couldn't return the money because the funds had already been used for operational costs. From then on we have had to accept machines at higher market prices of which most arrived with parts missing. On the 3rd month, *********************, the only member of the company we are allowed to contact, claimed that they were scammed by a company in ***********. Its been over 4 months an Tekrak still refuses to send computers or the money, over $30,000 are still due.

    We would like to address and correct the inaccuracies found in the recent claims or statements regarding our services.
    Our commitment to providing excellent customer service, especially in matters involving ***************** remains unwavering. However, we are unfamiliar with an individual named *********************, and attempts to reach the provided email address ***************************** have proven unsuccessful as it appears to be invalid or fake email .

    Be Entertainment has placed several orders with us, all of which were processed without issue. There was an incident with Order #*********, which encountered a problem during preparation and was subsequently locked. We communicated with our customer, offering alternatives, and did not refuse reasonable requests as replacement. Since then, we have successfully delivered three orders and have one order pending shipment. The order details are as follows:
    INV-527835843: **** OPTIPLEX MICRO, $15,000 DELIVERED
    INV-527835844: ****** THINKPAD, $2,380 DELIVERED
    INV-527835850: LOT OF LAPTOPS, $14,150 DELIVERED
    INV-527835855: LOT OF **** OPTIPLEX 8TH GEN, $24,000 $7,800 remaining balance= $16,200 PENDING DELIVERY
    We wish to note that despite our efforts to address and resolve the situation, we have been subjected to harassment, including blackmail, racial slurs, and threats. Throughout these challenges, we have continued to address all customer inquiries and concerns related to their orders. Attached are the communications, invoices, and purchase orders relevant to these transactions for your review.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    Most of the claims made by Tekrak LLC are complete lies and in order to avoid the present dispute turning into hearsay, we are attaching the complete backup of our communications with them via Whatsapp, including pictures, files and invoices. Furthermore, we will be going into detail clarifying and disputing all the claims made in their response:

     

    "Our commitment to providing excellent customer service, especially in matters involving ***************** remains unwavering." Our last communication with them was on the 11th of September, where they claim, as usual, that they are close to delivering products. We have not heard from them since then.

     

    "However, we are unfamiliar with an individual named ***** *****, and attempts to reach the provided email address (********************************************************************************************) have proven unsuccessful as it appears to be invalid or fake email" Our email is working and they have never contacted us through it nor have they contacted us through Whatsapp.

     

    "Be Entertainment has placed several orders with us, all of which were processed without issue" On the backup provided there are excel files sent by Tekrak themselves clearly showing that for almost every invoice there were issues, orders were either incomplete or were not sent at all. Those files were accompanied by empty promises or bogus claims about sending an item that somehow never arrived. On the chat you can see them making claims that were never substantiated (i.e they claimed for a while that some products were shipped and received at our warehouse, when told otherwise they accused the workers of stealing. As soon as we asked them to present the bill of landing they dropped those claims.)

     

    "There was an incident with Order #*********, which encountered a problem during preparation and was subsequently locked." In the chat they claimed the machines were ready and kept pushing us for the payment, for over two weeks they gave us different excuses for them not delivering the goods until we asked for the money back, we were told that there was no scenario where the funds would be returned because they had already spent money preparing the very same computers they never sent.

     

    "We communicated with our customer, offering alternatives, and did not

    refuse reasonable requests as replacement. Since then, we have

    successfully delivered three orders and have one order pending shipment." As stated before we asked for the money back and when told that this was not possible we were forced to buy whatever they wanted to sell.

     

    Onto the invoices:

     

    INV-527835843: **** OPTIPLEX MICRO, $15,000 DELIVERED. This invoice was delivered incomplete, they sent excel files acknowledging this.

     

    INV-527835844: ****** THINKPAD, $2,380 DELIVERED. These were delivered without chargers, in the chat they claimed they sent them through amazon (as proof, a blurry screenshot was provided, then never mentioned again)

     

    INV-527835850: LOT OF LAPTOPS, $14,150 DELIVERED. Only 35 laptops arrived, when inspected we found out that the units were barebone, no SSDs, no Ram sticks and most of them without batteries. When told we were going to return them, they refused and as usual made empty promises. We refuse to accept charges for those laptops, we can have them delivered at any time Tekrak finds appropriate.

     

    INV-527835855: LOT OF **** OPTIPLEX 8TH GEN, $24,000 $7,800 remaining balance= $16,200 PENDING DELIVERY. This was never delivered.When pressed about their refusal to pay what is owed they began to claim to owe us a much lower amount by sending excel files with past invoices added in as a way to support the fact the they owes a lot less. Please see attached file "Be enterteiment(1).xlsx" for the up to date accounting of they actually owe us.

     

    "We wish to note that despite our efforts to address and resolve the

    situation, we have been subjected to harassment, including blackmail,

    racial slurs, and threats." Unfortunately threats were made, although empty we admit , that should never have happened. On Harassment, blackmail and racial slurs, there were none, we provided the transcripts, our partner went from concerned, to annoyed, to angry, to hopelessness and finally acceptance.

     

    "Throughout these challenges, we have continued to address all customer

    inquiries and concerns related to their orders. Attached are the

    communications, invoices, and purchase orders relevant to these

    transactions for your review." Tekrak fails to explain why almost six months later we are still having to deal with them. They refuse to return the funds and then proceeded to lie and ignore us when asked to address the problem. They owe us over 30K and refuse to either return the funds or send machines.

     

    As a side note, Tekrak LLC has a complaint on Tradeloop, a client accused them of delivering an incomplete order. They never used the platform again. Tekrak LLC had little to none online presence until we submitted the complaint to BBB. Somehow the have received positives reviews, it would be interesting to check the ip addresses on those.

     

    A few things of note:

     

    Tekrak LLC refuses to let us pick up the goods, the reason for this being they do not want us to know what they are sending in advance and also because the have no intention of delivering anything ever again. They realized that there will be no consequences and decided to keep the funds.

     

    Tekrak LLC refuses to let us talk to the owner of the company ********** ******.

     

    And most importantly, for almost six months Tekrak LLC have been withholding the funds and pretending they are working on resolving the issue. Serious companies do not behave that way.

     

    Everything claimed on this response can be corroborated on the chat transcripts. Please help us protect other buyers

    Regarding the request for pickup, we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability.

    However, due to recent incidents involving ********* (****************),:

    where attempts to intimidate our staff were made, we are currently offering only drop-off services for safety reasons.

    Additionally, there was a previous instance where an order was claimed as not received, despite our provision of detailed documentation and photographs. *********s dismissal of this evidence led us to implement measures ensuring we can verify delivery to prevent such issues in the future. Attached is proof of the misleading email correspondence regarding this matter.

    In terms of the claim regarding incomplete items, we have prepared all missing parts;
    however, no proof was provided. ********* has declined to share a drop-off address, citing various reasons. We have consistently requested this information, but have yet to receive a response. Attached is the evidence of our communications on this issue.

    We are committed to resolving this matter and have made multiple attempts to address *********s requests. Each time, we have provided a comprehensive breakdown of the orders involved.


    Regarding the authenticity of our reviews, we take pride in serving our customers and uphold transparency. The ********************************************* serves as an excellent resource for verifying the legitimacy of our customer feedback.     I am rejecting this response because:

    As I stated before the reason Tekrak refuses to allow pick up is to ensure they can send whatever they want without us checking first. In the chat messages they informed us that if we open the the boxes without them being present  they won't honor any guarantee.

    About the missing units, they themselves have sent excel files acknowledging the this, there is no better proof than that.

    They have felt so threatened by us that they still hasn't reach out to us. The last time was on September 11, and most likely will not as they have no intention of resolving the issue. The only way of keeping themselves safe is doing nothing and keeping the funds.

    It is notable that they do not provide the option of simply returning the funds. It would be the easiest way of resolving the dispute. In the chat logs they had already accepted that the money owed to us is over 30k. 

    We would like for Tekrak LLC to simply return the funds owed, we are entitled to that as we have been dealing with this issue for over 6 months.
