      I contract Zai cargo logistic company and and send a box to ****** 270 the cost of the box and was told that it was unlimited weight. The box hasnt moved from the location since Ive been tracking now I was contact and also that a third-party company was gonna send my box. I havent received it and its almost going on a month. Its always at this company the scam people and sending boxes to their home countries and then they never arrive in this case its gonna need to legal action against the company due to the fact, the lack of transportation, and I feel that Im being scammed by this company.

      I used this company to send a computer to ********. The computer arrived completely broken. It appears that the box was mis-handled, rather than transferring the box carefully and safely. The box was packed extremely well. When it arrived at its destination, it was obvious that the box was broken into and completely mishandled. This was a used computer, not a new one. But, I trusted this business to handle the transfer professionally. I was also coerced into buying additional insurance, however, when I tried to file a complaint against the insurance, I was then told that it was solely if the box was lost. (It might have well been lost, since it was completely destroyed when it arrived at its destination). They now refuse to answer my calls or emails. This transfer cost me over $200 which is likely the value of the computer. What is my recourse against such unscrupulous dealings.
