      We booked a December 2023 cruise in March. My partially paid for reservation was canceled without my knowledge.It took 3 hrs on the phone to get it reinstated, and the final payment made. 2 weeks after full payment was made, I started getting 2 emails a week stating the reservation would be cancelled if the balance was not paid, The balance that was already paid!!! Their computer system does not allow for agents to update a customer's reservation, and does not allow them to send a confirming email of payment. I've been sailing Royal Caribbean for 25 years now. But I seriously believe it's time to research other cruise lines!!!!Total incompetence!!! And we haven't even begun our cruise yet! ************

      We went on our first Royal Caribbean cruise as a 4 night stay to Cozumel , sadly during this time we experienced an ACTIVE case of BED BUGS and unacceptable housekeeping standards including mold on the mattress covers! Between management of the different departments our compensation for the event was of minimal refund for the amount we paid for an excursion of $189. Our last day was chaotic and stressful and left us with physical harm due to bites we sustained from the bed bugs. They refused to give us a report of the event because they state it is an internal event and we are having delays getting our medical visit records from on board. This event overshadowed our whole experience and has taken away any chance of us booking with Royal Carribean in the future. I have reached out to put in another formal complaint with the corporate office itself and once again we're told the compensation we accepted was all they could do and give us a sincere apology on their behalf. We did not ask for a full refund just a fair compensation for the incident. Very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone in the future.

      ROYAL CARIBBEAN GRP IS THE ***** (THIEVES, DISCRIMINATOR, SCAMMERS, LIARS ..ETC) - DO NOT TRUST THE POSTIVE REVIEWS (PAID FOR BY ROYAL GRP) My wife and I both had the negative tests and were properly immunized. Even so, they refused entry to my fully insured 6-night cruise, and they also took all of our language. In order to get my belongings and my money back, I struggled to deal with their poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I receive my damaged luggage with missing and stolen stuff after five months. I called, emailed, and I also sent a certify letter; but all of my complaints went unanswered. After I sued them, they eventually answered. On the day of the hearing, their attorney claimed that by purchasing the ticket using my phone, I had automatically agreed to a HIDDEN contract that forbade them from being sued for a small claim and requiring me to pay $200 to file a claim for mandatory arbitration plus additional hidden fees in person in *****, *******! Meaning that I must stop working and pay for a round-trip airline and lodging out of my own pocket; sadly, the court upholds their claim of an unfair contract that I did not sign.The truth is that Royal Caribbean Group is using unjust contracts as protection while playing a game to steal money from ** citizens.In order to protect the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for Customers, I also request the *** to launch a thorough inquiry into this vile monster organization. For anyone who can assist, please use case number ********* (******, ****). Thanks

      We had a great time on our Sept. 9 cruise departing ***************. Although we had to change itineraries due to Hurricane ***, it was nice to know the Captain had our safety in mind. The Coco Cay trip was the bomb! Our dining room staff, ***** and ********, were a delight! Efficient, friendly, and charming! Everything was perfect! We will be back!

      This will give a first time cruiser an idea about what there going to experience. This was my wife and I first cruise. Whether this was a large or small does not make any difference. I think its part of the cruise experience, its what I will call it the forced togetherness . Like the airlines there are no longer seats that are not being filled, so that means you will not be having that intimate dinner with your significant other. You will not be choosing your table or the people you dine with. If there is a party of six and the table holds eight you will will be placed at that table whether you like it or not. As far as the crew, as long as you ask question there familiar with its ok but must do not speak English very well. People go on cruises for different reasons I was not going on a singes cruise to meet people.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife started a new job and we are unable to go on the cruise we booked for March of ****. I called and they advised they will not be refunding our $1250 deposit and will not be giving us vouchers for a future cruise either. I have called back and emailed them trying to get them to reconsider but they refuse to do anything. I will never book a Royal Caribbean cruise again and do not recommend them to anyone!

      I was out and out lied to about the compensation on our canceled ****** cruise We were told we would receive a future cruise credit for the cruise but when I got the credit it was only for about 20% not the 100% we were told

      WORSE CRUISE EXPERiENCE EVER!! Royal Caribbean has certainly lowered their standards. The client experience appears to be a low priority. Basic bed making includes a full sheet folded in half instead of a fitted sheet tucked, so you can wake up on in a ball of wrinkles on a bare mattress. I booked a spa appt. I decided to cancel within the 24 hour cancellation policy. I called at 0844 to cancel, no one at the spa answered the phone. When I went up to the spa to personally cancel it was too late and was charged 50%of my spa service. What a great, relaxing experience. Look forward to Royal Caribbeans response.

      Im so disappointed. I booked a cruise for Feb **** and found out I was pregnant. My due date is in March so I will not be able to go on the cruise due to royal carribeans policy of 24 weeks or less of pregnancy. I called in asking for a refund of my $300 deposit on Tuesday and ******* said that I could have it as long as I turn in a note from my doctor showing how far along I am. Today I called in with my documentation and they said I could only get future cruise credit. It also has to be used within 2 years of cruise date. Im so livid their policy is why I cannot go on the trip. It is not my choice. They need to and should refund me.
