    Since 05/01/23 that I signed the contract with ************** and paid the permit fees of $690 he has not progressed with the job, never picked the phone or responded any of my questions.Not only I do not have the job done after signing the contract and paid the fees requested to present the permits and start the work, but also ************** is not reimbursing the money I paid alleging he is out of town (he has been out of town for more than a month now). Do not use this company, total scam and worst customer service I have ever seen.

    We have been chasing the owner ***** for over a year. Always an excuse. Finally we have plans approved by the city and he refuses to answer my calls or text messages. I paid a $5,000.00 deposit. Another contractor called ***** to ask him about the project and he denied all knowledge. ***** signed a contract and refuses to reply.
