    On 4/16/24 Platinum Seamless Gutters installed My Gutters $2566.00 zelled 50% zelled balance day of install.It Didn't rain for a few Weeks after install when it did rain it was pouring over in the Front of my house Because the Seamless gutter didn't go all the way to the Edge The left side of house 90 % of the water was only going down middle downspout creating a pool of water I called ARIEL ***** ,AND EMAILED HIM,note ***** didn't come day of job or when they added pieces, these were his Workers who I could not communicate with do to they speak spanish I only speak English He Said it was beause of the ***** job roofing company did He said he will come out 1 time and that's it next day his guys came out and added pieces in the Front ***** text me he going to send Me a inv for $350,he never did a few days later it Rained And now the Rain is leaking from the seams that they added pieces to the seamless gutters I text him he text back you got my $350 then we can talk I did hire another company to try to fix the problem It's dangerous beause this is the walkway in the Front of my house And they tried to seal it but it's still leaking ,and it's still pooling on the the side of the house .I was told going to cause foundation issues down the line I hired Platinum beause of there 444, 5 star reviews ,left a goggle review and for what ever reason not on his reviews, ask him to take pictures of my entire home that I never approved or did he ask my permission and he blocked me and my Pictures remained ,I need to get this fixed or refunded so I can get redone gutters he installed Can't even find that color to replace the problems When I hired him I had already got 3 quotes ,I showed him quotes and exactly were I wanted down spouts And were I wanted to add a extra downspout in the back I wanted 7 inch My 30 year old gutters did a better job then these gutters I needed to replace since I just got a new Roof inspected and passed from city of *******
