      I am not a fan at all. It never ends with this company and I would not recommend this builder to anyone! People are moving out as soon as they are moving in because of customer service and poor building. The materials couldn't be cheaper! Not worth the money or the headache. They covered up my water meter with sod and i was charged by OKC water 100.00 to uncover it and now i am jumping through hoops to get my money back. in my opinion they should have dropped a check off the day I contacted them 3 weeks ago. This is just 1 of over 50 issues we have had in the last 6 months. I can't wait to sell this dump.

      I purchased a home from Lennar in September of 2021. I had a toilet backup in January of 2022. When I submitted a request through MyLennar they sent out LNS Mechanical. The issue was resolved but LNS Mechanical charged me $125. I told my customer rep with Lennar and they told me they could replace a dead tree that came with my property if I submitted a ticket. When I submitted the ticket they closed it and informed me that since I didn't report the tree in September of 2021 (I did with pictures and again in April of 2022) the issue would be closed with no action on their part. Last week I put in a request on my AC not turning on for hours and as part of the troubleshooting they told me to replace the filter. They told me that their should have been one left with the house. When I looked and found no filter and informed them they told me that it was the customer's responsibility. I do not care about the $13 filter or the tree replacement. I do care about the lack of customer service.

      Poor craftsmanship across the board, terrible warranty repairs, and denied warranty claims despite neighbors' being completed. I do not recommend buying a house from Lennar.
