My phone screen became black and I couldn't use it. I went to the ************* tmobile store in Wallingford in ******* **, to have it looked at. ****** the technician replaced my screen with a new one for only $29.00 because I had the 360 plan insurance on my phone. It took one hour to replace the phone screen and I was able to use my phone again! Thank goodness for ******! He's skilled and very nice!Assurant, Inc.

The MaxCare plan is a nice assurance for those times I may experience unexpected repairs. My only issue is that I feel there should be exceptions for battery coverage. I purchased a 2020 vehicle and the battery failed within 2 years. Because the mileage was more than ******, ****** would not warrant the battery replacement and the MaxCare plan also would not cover it. You don't expect a battery to fail in that short of a period and I certainly was not happy with the replacement cost.Assurant, Inc.

I feel Assurant executed there services with precision. I was able to receive my brand new device within 3 business days. Never would I have thought a phone that cost me over $1500 dollars would fall and brake. Thanks to the staff and all the other people who made this possible especially I thank you Lord for blessing me.Assurant, Inc.

Location on Rosecrans and central in Compton. Excellent costumer service, tech did an awesome job, my cell phone looks like new.I called to check for an update and it was already done, it took an hour plus maybe 1.5 , looks great. 7/28/2022Assurant, Inc.

Excellent Service by Assurant for my mobile replacement. Thoroughly checked what happened with my phone but concluded in minutes to replace with new phone and that arrived next day morning. It was impossible how they did the service so very clean and perfect. I strongly recommend Assurant warranty/protection service.Assurant, Inc.
