My Galaxy 9 cell phone that I purchased back on 2009 began to have mechanical problems off/on for many months, an extended warranty covered that. The technical support I received made it seamless to obtain another cell phone and mail back my problem unit.Assurant, Inc.

1 starWe had a water damage claim from our laundry room. The tile that needed to be replaced was discontinued and there was no close match so a supplement needed to be added to include the tile into the kitchen as it was continuous tile all through the laundry and kitchen. They denied the replacement of the tile into the kitchen stating there was a threshold between the laundry and kitchen. I sent new pictures and was told the adjuster had 7 days to respond. After 10 days I started calling again and finally got through to my examiner after several days and she stated that she had to escalate since he had not responded. Then no response. After calling and emailing for over two weeks I finally received a call after I complained to another department and the examiner stated she had called me already and told me the claim was denied a second time. I think I would remember that conversation. I have reported to the state insurance commissioner and hope they are able to help. This company is horrible! I have had two examiners on this claim and the second one is worse that the first. She has not provided anything in writing that this part of the claim has been denied. You would think that kind of thing would be documented right away. It is now 28 days since the day she says she verballb told me the supplement was denied and still no documentation.Review fromTim H.

I got excellent service when trading in my phone online. The instructions were clear and concise. I appreciated being apprised that they received my phone and that it qualified for a trade-in and promotion credit. They also told me how my account would be credited.Assurant, Inc.
