      My husband and I were traveling to ******* and had to fill out a C5 form for immigration and was given a website to do this. We were given the option to use the airport kiosk or phone, I chose the phone. due to the number of people using the kiosk. After filling out the form and paying for the service, I was supposed to get an email stating we could enter the country. I never received the email. I used the airport *****, and we were quickly granted permission to enter the country. To this date, I have never received an email from them. I have reached out to them by phone and email and no response from either. I would like a refund on the service they DID NOT provide to us.

      I was traveling to ******* and had to fill out a C5 form for immigration and was given a website to do this. The form is supposed to be free, but I was charged $136 for a free form. I want a full refund.

      They were the first website to pop up when I searched for tickets to see the **************. I never got a confirmation email after booking so when I looked it up on my credit card account to see if the transaction went through, I saw I was charged by this company in *****, and realized it was an obvious scam. They were charging 3 times the amount for tickets that werent even real.

      2/3/2025 they posed as a legitimate site for filling out a C5 entry form for *******. filled out the form and they charged $68 per person . Supposed to get an email with confirmation and receipt. received nothing. Tried email, phone, left messages. no response no answer. they are a fraud and a scam. Need to be shutdown and thrown in jail .

      I was going to ******* and I went to this website ************************** to complete the C5. I completed the form and paid a ****** fee to not receive any interest after that. Once I did some research and found out that the actual form is free and this business represented by *************** was scamming people out of money for a free application. I have not received anything and I want my money back.

      Our airline online platform advised us we need to get a **** when leaving Mexico. I searched ******* and the first website was this companies- that linked directly to the form to complete- not the about or main page. No amount was disclosed until after I paid. Then I found out they were charging 5x the amount from the ******************* The REAL visitax website says that they arent allowed to charge more than the ***** CDN charge. Theyve charged $196 CDN for a form I completed on my own. I sent them notification to cancel within 5 minutes of submitting as per their policies on their website. They ignored all my messages and emails, and sent me the form. It doesnt scan properly. They wont respond to messages, emails, anything.According to the real Visitax, no other commercial site is authorized to collect the tax on their behalf.

      The website appears to be sponsored by ****** but leads you to a fraudulent site. We applied for a Bali tax which does not exist as confirmed by the real *************** upon arrival. Paid $272 which is a fraud and scam. This company needs to be shut down immediately, as it is fraudulent and stealing from foreign governments. It presents itself as representing the ***************************

      On December 8th, prior to a recent international vacation, my wife and I found out from our airline that we needed to fill out a customs declaration form prior checking into our flight to the ****************** (DR).A quick ****** search of the necessary form brought up the website of this company with the necessary form which we filled out and were subsequently charged $136.00 for the completion of the form with the promise that the necessary paperwork would be sent to us within 24 hours.After approximately 12 hours with no progress I found a link on the airline website directly to the ************* with the same form available for free completion. Upon completion on the ************* site, the appropriate forms were immediately provided to me free of charge.A search of ****** reviews found multiple similar incidents of fraud involving this company for similar transactions in different countries.

      Company is fraudulently presenting itself as official website for destinations and it is not. It is charging for free services by pretending to be the official site and stating the fee is mandatory.

      This is a fraudulent site. They are at the top of the search for e ticket. I was unsuspecting as this is the first thing that pops when attempting to get a digital immigration card. ************************* That is the site they use to scam people. The official site is ********************************** Image is from the fraudulent site. Nowhere in the process was I informed that this is not a part of the government agency nor that this is a free service through the correct site. I paid $124 and did not receive any service from this company.
