      This company runs a scam. I accidentally paid them to fill out a tourist immigration form for ******* only to find out later they were a scan and I couldve done it for free. They dont provide a service, just a scam. I dont understand why theyre still operating.

      Subject: Fraudulent Charge by Globovista for Free Jamaican Immigration Form (C5) July 1, 2025 *********************** Protection Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against an online company called Globovista, which fraudulently charged me $136 on July 1, 2025, for submitting the Jamaican C5 immigration forma form that is completely free when completed through the official ******************* website (***************************).On July 1, I was misled into using what appeared to be an official website operated by Globovista to fill out my immigration form prior to travel. Believing it to be legitimate, I provided my personal and payment information. Only after submitting the form and being charged $136 did I discover that there is no fee required to complete this form through the official government portal.I immediately attempted to contact Globovista for a refund or explanation, but there is no working phone number, no customer service response, and no way to recover the funds. This company is deliberately deceiving consumers by posing as a government-affiliated service provider and charging for something that is otherwise free.This is a clear case of online fraud and deceptive business practices, and I am requesting that the ************************************ investigate Globovista and take appropriate enforcement action. I am also submitting this complaint to the ******************************** and the ********************************************************I can provide a copy of the transaction receipt, screenshots of the website, and any additional documentation upon request.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.Sincerely,****** ****

      They post in the #1 spot for Vistax Mexico What is the Cost of Visitax?They have 11 pages of what a visitor should know going to Mexico.The state charges $14 to ***** per person for this tax. They say they are the official site and build themselves up as a reputable site to work with. State in the 11 pages the below.Once you fill out the form and pay you get the terms and credit in very small print about the ********** is a private website and is not linked to or can be associated with any government agency. ********** assists travelers in paying the ************************* state tourism tax. Our fee is $68 USD and includes the government tax of $18 USD after you are processed and ********** page 6 they mention this lower cost as the Price.The price of the Visitax was increased to 271mxnin 2024, while the price including service fee remains at $36 for all travelers,They make you feel they are working to assist you on something the Mexico Government does for $14 to $*****.Its a scam to inflate travelers fees into getting you to work thru them. Nothing is bold that this is a service company, only playing on travelers to collect fees and act like they are helping. The Government should do better in letting people know they are the only site that should be used. We are very disappointed in this site and marketing tactics. They sent email saying all this was told but not on the site we were drawn to. The Official ******** Roo State Tourism Tax Form /Travel Worry Free but pay excess charges for using us. Shame on them Shame on Government for letting this continue.***** S

      GloboVista pretends to be a traveling service that charges travelers fees that are free. This "business" is a scam and there is no telling what it does with with people's financial data once you input your information into their site. The website offers no meaningful information about services. This so-called business should be shut down. This is not a real business.
