    12/06/2024 $160 12/10/2024 $50 Seeking amount of $100.I am submitting this complaint to bring attention to an unethical experience I had with Daniella ******** (@styledbyellamua) and to warn others.I mistakenly scheduled my wedding hair and makeup appointment for January 15th instead of the correct date, January 25th. When I realized the error 3.5 weeks before my appointment, Daniella refused to refund my deposit or the full payment. I offered to allow her to keep the $50 deposit and requested a refund of the remaining balance. However, she insisted on offering a credit note for a future event, despite being aware that I reside in ******** and would not be returning, effectively taking advantage of my situation.Furthermore, Daniella overcharged me by $50, increasing the total from $160 to $210. When I addressed this issue, she responded, How else do you think we earn our money? She had requested payment via *****, leaving me with no option to dispute the charge.After several days of messaging, apologizing for my mistake, and explaining the unethical nature of her actions, she finally refunded me $110 but still owes the remaining balance. Given the distress caused by this situation and the fact that her "deposit" request lacked clear terms and legal grounding, I am requesting a full refund.I strongly advise caution to anyone considering Daniella ******** for services. Her actions have been unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
