      I've been going to the shively office for 2 years and at first I asked for a doctor that speaks english. No problem they said. 1st doctor was Mexican, I couldn't understand him and he gave me a shot that made my leg jerk uncontrollably. All the nurses were laughing, one nurse laughed so hard that she peed herself. I dont remember the drive home but 3 days later I called and asked what that shot was and nobody knew what it was. Finally they said it was a steroid for my breathing. I requested a new doctor. They have me a nice doctor who spoke English but she's soon got promoted and wasn't seeing any patients anymore. Which later on I found out was a lie because she is still seeing patients a year later. The next doctor they gave me was from Nigeria. She was very nice and tried really hard to speak English but I couldn't understand hardly at all. So I switched to their Valley Station office. I was given a male doctor this time from Poland. He speaks good English until you ask him a question about my health, or request something medical like xrays. I fell in the bathtub around 3 years ago and it was bad. My neck, shoulders, elbows, lower back and hips are messed up and the Shively office didn't want to do anything about it either. But not one doctor has even looked at my neck, back etc. I got the polish one to take xrays and he said it showed nothing wrong. What? I've been hobbling around for 2 years and there is nothing wrong? That's when I first started going there a year ago. I kept on him about it till he finally said OK we do xrays. We have already done xrays but OK whatever. Now at that office they do xrays on a walking basis from 9am till 2pm, but you have to set up an appointment, for a walkin, OK. So that Tuesday at my regular doctor appointment me and the doctor talked about getting it all looked at. When I get there Friday the order was for chest only. So I talk to my doc about it and he said I frighten him. He is bigger than me and I can't hardly walk. ***?

      Jencare has doctors as well as nurses that don't listen to their patients. Had an incident where they spoke rudely to my fianc as to why he was in the emergency room and not at Jencare. They didn't think he was experiencing an emergency, but he was admitted to the hospital. All that was necessary but instead we were greeted with anger and he ended up hanging up the phone because in the few minutes they talked to him his blood pressure went from 110/70 to 196/103. I think this is highly unprofessional of the doctor and her nurse. Neither of who called to apologize or check on him. They have definitely lost 2 patients that came to them when there was quality and care for their patients. Instead of now quantity rules, care has gone out the windows and turn around is crazy, with staff and patients leaving. We never got any feedback but it's ok, we deserve better treatment and will receive it!

      Worse Doctor's ever, ************** knew I was going on a vacation 2 months ago, said he would make sure my meds would get filled. I go see him today and he said no to my med refills. Now I have been on my meds from 2008 ************* takes some away, put's me on meds that Don't Help. But refuse's to refill my meds just before I leave just goes to show you what kind of place Jencare isn't. If a Doctor won't help out their patients, then what good is a doctor. 2 months he knew this and I leave the 5th of Nov. So VERY UPSET WITH THE DOCTOR AND THE DOCTOR IN CHARGE. I HAVE A VERY BAD SEIZURE OCT 14TH IN THE OFFICE, I THANK GOD EVERY DAY FOR WHO EVER CALLED 911. I HAD A DOCTOR BEAT ME IN THE ***** AND LEFT BRUSIES, WHEN YOU ARE HAVING A SEIZURE YOU DO NOT BEAT ON THE *****, HE COULD HAVE KILLED ME...SO NOW I'M GOING TO A NEW DOCTOR TOMORROW WHO ALREADY SAID SHE WILL FILL ALL MY OLD MEDS BEFORE DOCTOR CRACKER **** CHANGED THEM AND TOOK SOME AWAY. I BELEIVE THE DOCTOR'S THERE ARE ALL WANT TO BE'S. SO I THANK THE ***** FOR CALLING 911.WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. I HOPE AND PRAY THEY GO OUT OF BUSSINESS BEFORE SOMEONE DIES WHILE UNDER THEIR CARE. I WAS ALSO HAPPY THAT A MEMBER FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS THERE TO SEE ALL THAT.*************************
