I choose REU for the flexibility that gave me to work on own pace. For some people it works for others it may not. I do better to study on my own. Students have to keep up with deadline of the course. I am grateful for the practice exams that were given. Practice exams helped me to understant the material better and be patient and I had to train my self for studying long hours, so when I took my final,I was not felling mental exhaustion. Test might not be easy but a lot of effort and with the materials that they provide, it is guarantee pass. I would suggest buying practice exam that they offer. Vocab is very important part of the exam. I fell that they want to to pass the exam with the help they provide.Real Estate U Online, LLC

I found the course easy to follow and informative. Teachers gave great feedback on the module practical assignment reviews. My only wish is that the 20 hr course gave you more time to work through it. It would be hard for someone holding a fulltime job to work through it in 2 weeks.Real Estate U Online, LLC

Using Real estate U was a great experience. Im in the NYC market and the way there instructors explained the information was very digestible. You can go at your own Pace also I would highly recommend you get the study guide because it gives you 4 practice exams and that really helped me , I passed the final exam the first time because of it . Two stars for being inexpensive. Teachers used in the course are absolutely horrible. Attorneys reading from a text book is not teaching. If you are well versed in real estate and had a license lapse or something similar, go for it. $99 is the best price I found. If you are new to real estate and its jargon, stay away! Better courses available for slightly more money. Making an exception for 2 people teaching. ******* **** and ******* ****** who actually tried teaching instead of reading.Real Estate U Online, LLC
