Re-Roof completed 5/2024.Roof is leaking in two main rooms. They came out and not a single crew that came out fixed the issue. 1 year of the back/forth. Now there are new roof leaks. Im a 90 yr old woman and cannot afford the repairs needed. Including the ceiling drywall which is now also damaged. Company was sold 1/2025 and was advised my roof lost its 7 year warranty as the new owners didnt transfer any of the warrantys with the buyout. New ownership said they cannot help as its conflict of interest to take this job? New ownership advised it would be best to file a complaint with BBB or seek help with another roofing company and pay for damages/ repair they neglected to fix in a NEW ******** its an emergency. Feel will lose my warranty b/c I need to seek assistance elsewhere. Previous buyers/ customers BEWARE. Your new roofs apparently have no warranty now.Business Response

We are writing in response to the recent complaint regarding a roofing project completed in May 2024, prior to the transition in ownership of the business.
Please allow us to provide clarification:
As of December 18, 2024, the intellectual property and assets of A&E Brothers Roofing were officially acquired by Paragon Roofing Services LLC. This acquisition included a full transition of ownership, management, and roofing license qualifier. Therefore, any ********************** work performed prior to this date was completed under the previous companys license and management, and ********************** is not liable for that work.
We understand the frustration and difficulty this has caused, especially considering the homeowners age and the urgency of the issues described. However, per the terms of the acquisition agreement, existing warranties were not transferable, and as such, we are legally unable to assume responsibility for work completed prior to our ownership.
That said, while we cannot honor the original warranty, we remain sympathetic to Ms. ******** situation. If she wishes, we are open to inspecting the property and offering a proposal for necessary repairs at a fair and reasonable cost not under warranty, but as a goodwill effort and reflection of our companys values.
We regret that this situation has caused distress and confusion and hope our response demonstrates our commitment to transparency and support within the community.

Terrible Experience Leaky Roof and No Accountability I hired A&E Brothers Roofing to do a full roof replacement, expecting professional work and long-term peace of mind. Unfortunately, what I got was a nightmare.After the job was completed, I discovered a leak that started during the first heavy rain. I contacted them immediately, assuming they'd take responsibility and fix it under their warranty. To my shock, they completely ignored the ******** make matters worse, the company has apparently changed ownership, and the new owner refuses to honor any liability or warranty from the previous management. This is unacceptable. When you pay thousands of dollars for a roof replacement, you expect it to be done rightand backed by the company, regardless of internal changes.The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service has been infuriating. Avoid A&E Brothers Roofing at all costs. If something goes wrong (and it likely will), youll be on your own. Dont make the same mistake I did.Business Response

A&E Brothers Roofing is a fictitious name that was previously used by A&E Brothers Roofing ***** a company that no longer exists or operates in the State of ********
In April 2023, all assets and intellectual property of A&E Brothers Roofing **** were acquired by *****************************
Subsequently, in December 2024, Paragon Roofing Services LLC acquired 100% of the assetsincluding the "A&E Brothers Roofing" name and associated intellectual propertyof Project *********************
Paragon Roofing Services LLC is now the sole legal entity operating under the A&E Brothers Roofing name and is properly registered with the Division of Corporations under the ****************************
Warranty and Liability
Due to these ownership and licensing changes, we are not liable for any warranties, workmanship, or contracts established by A&E Brothers Roofing ***** as that entity is entirely separate and no longer active.
Paragon Roofing Services LLC operates under a new roofing license and adheres to strict standards for quality and service. All warranties and service agreements under this new entity are honored accordingly and transparently communicated to our customers.
For your records, we have attached:
Documentation verifying the fictitious name (DBA) registration under the new entity.
We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations are not met, especially for major home improvements. While we are unable to assume liability for work completed under a defunct company, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and reputation of the current A&E Brothers Roofing and delivering excellent service to our clients.Should the customer be interested in having their roof evaluated by our current team, we are happy to provide an inspection and options at a fair price.

A&E Brothers Roofing****** is no longer an active company in the state of *******. The original business was acquired in April 2023 for project tile acquisition, after which the company defaulted on their loan. As a result, on December 18, 2024, Paragon Roofing Services LLC acquired the assets and intellectual property of A&E Brothers Roofing.
Due to this transition, a new business license is now in place under **********************, and unfortunately, we are unable to honor warranties or commitments from the previous company.
We fully understand the frustration of dealing with roof issues, especially when a warranty is in question. The scheduled repairs were supposed to be made on 7/24/2024 which I scheduled a week off of work to be home to ensure everything went smoothly. They did not arrive until 7/31/2024 which I had to take another day off of work to be there for. The project manager disputed the scheduled day and implied I was lying when I already coordinated with my job to arrange time off. I paid the initial deposit of $1,800 on 7/15/2024. They were supposed to fix 2 leaks in the master bedroom and hallway and reattach the soffit to the fascia under 2 separate invoices. They soffit and fascia was repaired but the leak in the master bedroom continued to leak after repairs. I tried calling them out several times to address the issue but I was given the run around. During that time the roof in the master bedroom started leaking in 4 additional spots. I have been reaching out to them and calling to get them to come and repair the original leak that is still covered under warranty. I keep getting the run around. They came out 2 weeks ago and said they would repair the initial leak under warranty and still have not received any call back. I need them to fix the original leak and honor the 1 year warranty for scope of work that was never fully completed in the initial repair.Business Response

Installed a new roof in January 2023 with A&E Brothers. Was told I have a 10 year leak free warranty that is in the contract. Since install I have had multiple leaks. I continue to have leaks and not the company is not addressing the **** leak and i have a warranty. They advised the leaks seem old and they would rather cut-out and replace the drywall inside and see if a leak appears later. Every time it rains a water **** then wafer stain appears in the same area which is a leak. The company advised the owner *** would call to discuss the issue with the constant leaks but no call. In one repair in June the repair person came unprepared and did not have foam or mortal to reinstall tiles and used another substance which A&E advised he should not have but they are also refusing to fix that alone with the leaks. They are not standing behind their work or warranty for leaks on a new roof and now nobody is calling to fix the issues.Business Response
