    I purchased a package of individual dance ******s from Let's Dance With Me studio, with the understandingbased on what the studio told me at the time of purchasethat I could schedule my ******s any time after work, up until 8:00 PM.However, after making attempts to schedule my ******s, it quickly became apparent that availability during those hours was limited or inconsistent. Within 72 hours of my purchase, I contacted the studio to request a refund due to the scheduling issues.Instead of processing the refund, the studio responded by attempting to schedule a ****** time. Since then, I have followed up on three separate occasions via email and also left a voicemail, none of which have received any *********** of today, I have not received my refund, and the business has ceased all communication. I am requesting the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining a full refund for the services I was unable to use due to misrepresentation and lack of follow-through.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    We have made all communication efforts and responses to this client.  While response time could take up ***** hours, no communication attempt was left unanswered.  We strive to be the best in service.  Our transaction and refund policies are outlined in our agreement, in which client agreed to (attached in documents).   However, out of our goodwill, we made the gesture of refunding the client the non-refundable service in a timely fashion and informed her of this.  The Client was refunded on 5/28/25 and the check had cleared the bank 6/2/25.
