They dilated me before trying the contact lenses and only tested them for distance, so it wan't until I got home that I realized I couldn't read with them. When I went in after the weekend for them to check, the doctor just had me try three different lenses, each giving better reading but worse distance vision, then he left. I complained to the assistant, who ordered a multifocal lens to try. While I waited for the order to arrive, they sent me a bill because they had undercharged my insurance copay at the visit. Then, they called to tell me to pick up the lens any day they were open. I went to the Bonita Springs office on Tuesday to pick it up and found it closed, even though their website says open M-F. I went again Thursday, and they said I had to make an appointment for a follow-up fitting. So far it has been a nightmare.

I originally visited this office in October 2022 for my annual exam. Sample contacts were ordered based on the script. Several attempts to make contact regarding the status of the original samples went unanswered. When the samples finally arrived it was realized they documented the incorrect script, through either an honest mistake or complete incompetence a + was inadvertently used instead of a in documentation. The correct sample pair was not received until after Christmas. I requested a copy of my prescription in order to have them supplied by another vendor and for the second time they provided me the incorrect prescription. I have now spent hundreds of dollars, and nearly 6 months working to get correct prescription and contacts. All Saints eye care has not only demonstrated incompetence in the field of ophthalmology but a general disregard for customer service.
