Advanced Allied Contractor Group $40,000 on contract to replace old hurricane damaged roof with new tile roof. Contract signed in 2023 and personal and insurance money was given in Feb, 2024. After numerous promises of starting date and phone calls not returned, no activity has been performed to date. Fraud and criminal activity has been noted within this company and we request a return of all money we have given them persuent to filing further legal action. Letters have been sent to the company last year with no response to our request by our legal representative. We have a great deal of correspondence and documents to support our position if the company needs evidence of our claim.

      Dear Customer,

We deeply regret the situation you have experienced and understand your frustration. We want to ensure that you receive a clear and transparent response regarding your project.

It is important to highlight that our company has been the victim of fraud committed by a former manager of one of our branches, Mr. ***** **** *****. *****, who was appointed as the manager of Allieds Sarasota branch, had autonomy in negotiating and managing contracts within his office. However, unfortunately, his management was not transparent nor aligned with the companys standard communication and operational procedures.

This mismanagement has created a significant problem, as many of the contracts Nicks signed were not properly recorded in our central system. Additionally, we lack access to multiple projects where there is no clear record of payments or operations, as the information was stored on his private computer, which we have been unable to access. This has been a major challenge for us, as we have encountered difficulties in communicating with those who worked with him administratively to gather information.

Currently, ***** ***** is under investigation for fraud in *************** and other counties in *******, as multiple complaints have been filed by customers affected by his actions. As part of his fraudulent activities, he stole the identity of Allieds leadership to evade his responsibilities and shift the problems caused by his mismanagement onto the company. As soon as this criminal activity was discovered, he was reported to the appropriate authorities, who are now conducting a formal investigation.

Regarding your specific case, we understand that you made significant payments, and we want to ensure that your situation is clarified. We are reviewing all available records and gathering information on the projects Nicks handled to determine the actual status of each account. If you have been a victim of his actions, we strongly recommend reporting your case to the appropriate authorities, as we are actively cooperating with the ongoing investigations.

Despite this challenging situation, Allied remains committed to transparency and finding a fair solution for our customers. To proceed with verifying your case, we kindly ask you to send us your name and address via email: **************************************************** so we can try to locate your project in our records and determine the next steps.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to address the consequences of this fraud and reaffirm our commitment to acting with integrity and responsibility.

      Sincerely,
      Allied Contractors Group, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:
Allied is absolving themselves from the fraud activity perpetrated by **** ***** under the premise that they have no knowledge of the contracts he signed. It is a ruse to extend indefinitely the action the company needs to take to make whole the injured parties. Allied stated they want evidence so I am taking them at their word and am requesting my bank to furnish endorsed checks regarding my payments, copies of contracts signed and notarized either as attachments above and respective copies sent as proof directly to their email site. Just as a financial company is liable for the fraudulent activities of their employees, so too is Allied liable as well. Poor oversite, ************** and inadequate record keeping does not absolve the company from their legal responsibilities. They will have the proof regarding our loss and I will expect Allied to expedite the return of our funds.

      Sincerely,

      **** ********

Allied Contractors Group, Inc. received an insurance check for over $72,000 directly from my insurance company, Slide Insurance Company, for what Allied Contractors Group purported to be for WIND MITIGATION. As I have come to understand since this distribution, wind mitigation should not cost more than $150.00. In addition, I gave them checks totaling $117.327.87.which I received from my insurance co. since they had submitted claims to my insurance company and then collected the monies and did nothing. I do not have copies of the invoices they sent to the insurance company to claim funds. The attached copies represent the total amounts paid to them. They put an underlayment on my roof last fall and have not done anything else to the roof. The only Interior work that has been done is the drywall and some partial painting. You will see from the pictures the quality of workmanship and the little work they have done to my interior. I have been living in only one room (see picture) The other rooms kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, family room, foyer and dinning room have been torn apart, no lights, curtains, etc, since I engaged with this company. So now they have over $192,000 of my money and I have very little to show and certainly not anything they have promised.

Contractor left the job with walls down to the studs in the master bathroom. Lost bathroom tile. They painted other bathroom without an estimated price given for work or authorization and out of order of operational standards. The kitchen was left with no appliances cabinets sink faucet plumbing down to the drywall and with a wdo repair needed. They were also the adjuster and the preferred vendor for the insurance provider putting them in a prime position to take advantage me. I had to pay 30,000$ to a new contractor to bring it back to the original plan and correct their mistakes. This is a clear violation of any agreement between anybody. Supplying documents are lengthy and exhaustive and available upon request. However this company has been less than cooperative in any matter and have placed intentionally false documentation and fraudulent information in both their own files and their own insurance joint documentation system(since that are adjusters). This should also be and illegal practice.
