5 starsKelly Roofing was quite thorough. They find a leak that other companies could not. Once they did, they provided clear competitive solutions. Once scheduled, the Kelly team was prompt, did a complete and professional job. They were clean, courteous, and communicative throughout the process. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication were evident, making the entire roof repair and cleaning process a breeze. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, identifying areas of concern and providing transparent recommendations. Their knowledge instilled confidence in me right from the initial consultation. The roofing team was efficient and organized and they completed the job promptly without compromising on quality. Throughout the process, communication was seamless. I was kept informed and there were no surprises. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and courteously, further demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Kelly Roofing in consideration of the companys 50-year business longevity in Southwest *******, its certification as a Platinum Preferred Contractor by ***** Corning, its standing as an approved contractor under the My Safe Florida Home Program, its public disclosed customer review ratings, and our personal contractor evaluation criteria followed by an interview of its designated Project Manager. The following amplifies our recommendation: ****** L superbly administered our insurance claim resulting from Hurricane ***. She excelled at obtaining critical claim responses in a timely manner. Project Manager ***** commenced with a series of customer planning and educational activities well before preparation and negotiation of the actual re-roofing Construction Agreement. We cannot overstress the benefit received from such information. Likewise, during preparation and negotiation of the re-roofing Construction Agreement, ***** freely shared his roofing expertise. He always communicated and coordinated project activities through construction in a professional manner. He is a proven Roofing Expert. **********, Project Administrator, provided an invaluable customer orientation session prior to construction start and material delivery. She always provided expeditious, focused and friendly responses to our questions. She is also supporting our grant ************** During all re-roofing construction work, clean-up efforts and close out activities, Project Supervisor ********** visited our home almost daily, communicated with and directed all work crews, ensured new roof components were installed per contract, provided daily email status updates with photographs and always asked if we had any questions or problem areas to resolve. His services and oversight were invaluable and instrumental to a successful shingle re-roof project. Special thanks also to the hard working crews and many other employees that provided services.

Kelly installed the roof on my house ****. Kelly preforms annual inspections which for are very helpful as It allows me to fix minor problems before they become major problems. As always, the Kelly team is efficient, professional courteous and punctual. They provide detailed information including photos of work conducted before, during and after completion. The team from Kelly was fabulous! All of the team members were really good and so nice. We are delighted with our new roof. The project leader, **** *****, was especially wonderful. He communicated brilliantly and led the team effortlessly. He is a great credit to Kelly roofing! Also, ******************************* led the administration of the project from start to finish and was a sheer pleasure to deal with as well. ******** and **** made a great team and did a great job. Kelly Roofing co , a 5 star company to be sure ! from the time you call for service and by chance you are lucky enough to get " ******************* in service or any of there very talented staff . you will be very happy with the staff at Kelly roofing .for over 20 years we have lived in Naples and we have had Kelly work on our roofs and on over 9 of our friends roofs . not only do they do great work but at a fair price , and most of all they stand behind all of their work .Kelly Roofing

******** was our operations coordinator and was fabulous to work with! She was always responsive and went the extra mile to answer our questions and resolve any issues. The work done on the roof was outstanding, and the crews were considerate and treated our property with respect. We have found a few roofing nails in the yard since the job was completed, but in general they picked up after themselves quite well, with a minimal amount of debris left behind (plastic, fragments of removed shingles, etc.). The price was not the highest or the lowest bid, but the work was high quality. We look forward to enjoying our new metal roof for many years!Kelly Roofing
