    KELLY ROOFING is terrible: do not honor warranty cleanings after initial work send servicemen to decide if you NEED your free cleaning. servicemen finds MORE repairs needed that they only disclose at a in home presentation ( both homeowners present). will not send quotes thru email. quick turnover of associates- your salesmen prob wont b employed there when you need KELLY ROOFING doesnt want to honor his promises. KELLY ROOFING puts the dishonest stigma on other roofing companies.

    I CALLED IN AND *** ANSWERED THE ***** AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME SCHEDULED FOR A KELLY ROOFING ASSOCIATE TO COME TO MY HOME AND EVALUATE WHAT THEY RECOMMEND FOR MY ROOF REPLACEMENT. SHE WAS PATIENT WITH ME AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED.

    I had a new roof from them nearly $100,000 great salesman but the first storm just a few months later I had the roof checked and I had five cracked tiles. They wanted to charge me $700 to replace with MY tiles I called the company and left messages with no reply after two weeks I wrote to the owner and got a call from someone a couple of weeks later saying he was on holiday but he would call me back after the weekend after 6 weeks and a total of 2 months no one has contacted me about my grievance. The after sales service is non existent and I suggest no one uses this cowboy company for a new roof or a repair not one of my neighbors had any damage with their roof after this storm and I asked over twenty of them no one had any screen damage either but my new roof had 5 cracked tiles that they Kellys roofing wouldnt replace with out me paying $700 but after complaining about this they wouldnt t even reply to my calls or letter again I suggest no one uses this company.

    Kelly has been great. They put a new roof on my home a couple of years ago. Last year I had a small leak inside my home. ******, the crew chief came out immediately, quickly discovered where the leak came from [ right near a vent on the roof], and the next day his crew came out , repaired the vent leak and completely checked out the attic and the rest of the roof for any other problems. The work was excellent and it was covered by my warranty from Kelly. Great service , great quality, and Great work - The perfect motto for a great company! **********

    Horrible people to work with. Never worked on my roof and yet charged me and put a Lien against my property. I have called repeatedly to explain their error. In fact they owed me money which I have received. But they continue to say I owe them money. Hurricane Ian took my roof.

    We had soffits missing after *** and had a large amount of Royal Palms on our roof so I was worried if there was damage to the tiles. They responded back explaining they will put me on the repair and inspection list but it may be a bit as there were other roofs with much more damage. I found a licensed roofer that only does repairs. There were several issues with the tiles. I could not find our original contract when Kelly installed the roof. I called Kelly roofing and immediately ******* found our contract and e-mailed me with the color of the tiles so they roof could be repaired. As busy as they are I was very impressed the response was so fast!

    Work is scheduled for repairs. Project manager inspected work to be done and sat down with me to explain. Very pleased with how he answered all my questions. Very polite and helpful. Just waiting for the work to take place at this time

    Our Project Manager (*************************) is very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and he is patient and willing to answer all of my questions.The Kelly field team always goes above and beyond. They do quality work the first time. No call backs. The results of their work give us exceptional roofing performance.******'s annual roof inspection helps ** address issues when they are small and emerging, and that goes a long way toward minimizing our maintenance costs while extending the life of our roofing system.
