Just completed a large repair project and am very pleased with the job outcome. Kelly was great to deal with from start to finish. The sales rep, Shelby, did an outstanding job in making us aware of the issues we needed to deal with. He took pictures and a video, sat down with us, and explained everything. They started the job within two days and completed it in 3 1/2 days. They had a great team that had their eyes on the job at all times. Pictures were sent daily to help us see what they were actually doing. Vicky, our project administrator and Jorge, our project supervisor were always checking to make sure we were happy with the work being done. Kudos also to the guys who spent their days on the roof getting the job done; they, also, were very nice. If I ever have any other roofing needs, I know who I will call.
