      On March 14, 2025, I paid North American Nutra $39.90 for 2 bottles of their product called Selenex GSH. On April 21, 2025 they cashed my check but never sent me the product. I have written them two letters asking them to either send the product or refund my money and I haven't heard anything from them. At this point, I want my money refunded in full.

      North American Nutra would like to sincerely apologize for
      the delay experienced in receiving your Selenex GSH and subsequent credit.
      After reviewing the account we have found that this customer’s order was stuck
      in a pending state on April 18th 2025, as pictures in an attached
      image.

      We are working to get to the bottom of why this occurred and ensure this type
      of error does not happen again in the future.

      As of today we have issued a full refund for the purchase price to the below
      name and address. Please allow up to 7 business days for the check to be
      received.

      11/20/24, I placed an order for 5 Selenex GSH via US Mail to North American Nutra for $99.75. 12/20/24, I had not received it so I called to see if it was shipped yet. They told me it was not shipped because their computer does not recognize my check. They said I'm one of those people who paid by check or money order, and their computer does not recognize checks or money orders. They said they are trying to fix the problem with their computer. My check cleared the bank 12/11/24, and they said they still can't ship it until they fix their computer. I decided to wait a little longer hoping they fix their computer. 1/28/25, I called to see if they shipped it. They said there is no order number in the system. I told them my check cleared the bank 12/11/24. They said they can send a refund ********** will take 6-8 weeks. I said OK, and they will put it on my credit card so they can ship it. So they took it on my credit card & said it will take 2-3 weeks. Over 6 weeks later(3/13/25) I received another flyer to buy some more Selenex GSH. Here I paid twice & didn't receive any & they want more of my money. 3/24/25, I still haven't received the refund check of credit card order so I called. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then the elevator music stopped & they gave me a busy signal, so I hung up. I called right back. They put me on hold. After 8 minutes I hung up. 3/27/25, I received the credit card order. As of today 5/2/25, I have not received the refund check for the check payment I made 11/20/24. They said it would be 6-8 weeks. That means I should have received it late March.

      On 22 November 2024 my mom (****** ******) wrote a check for $119.85 to North American Nutra in hopes to receive 4 containers of Ceremin. After reviewing her bank statement, I found that the check cleared her account on 11 December 2024, but she never received the *********** mom has been ordering from them for years, so she often and still receive catalogs from the named company. I've made contact with their customer service department 5 times, yesterday being the latest, where they continue to say they will mail her refund. At this point, I'm not confident in their willingness to resolve the issue and give her a refund so I'm reaching out to see if you can assist me.Thank you in advance.V/r ******* L. ******* E-7/SFC US Army Retired

      2/18/2025 paid for 6 bottle order of Sanguenol - never received but check cashed. Repeated customer service calls receive same response - "backordered, will ship in 2 weeks". Cancelled order today (4/17/25) but no refund will be made until product shipped and returned. Appears to be a scam.

      We did experience a back order for ************ Sanguenol but the product is now in stock and should have shipped accordingly. We are reaching out to our fulfillment team to further investigate why this order was not successfully shipped.

      After reviewing your customer service interactions you should have been given the opportunity to receive a refund at any time your product was not successfully shipped. We will be sending a memo to all customer service agents to reiterate our policies and we apologize for your experience with our team.

      A refund check for the full purchase price of $155.81 will be issued and mailed tomorrow, you can expect to receive this within the next 7 business days.

      On Dec. 1, 2024 I ordered 3 bottles of ************ Saguenol which I had been ordering for more than a year. When I was not receiving this order I contact **** company inquiring as to why I had not received it..? They said they did not receive the order, but when I checked if my personal check had cleared, I found that it did clear on Jan. 2, 2025. So I know they got my order. I scanned a copy of this canceled check and sent it along with an email advising them that they did indeed get my orfder as they cashed my check. They advised me on Feb. 9th that they had no record of the order and will issue a refund check for $89.89 and it will be processed on Feb. 13th. To date I still have not received this check and they will no longer answer my emails as to why..? I have been dealing with "****" via email at this company.

      11-23-24 ordered 6 bottles SELENEXGSH by check. Check #**** cleared the bank on statememt 12-10-24. I called the company on12-31-24 as i had not received the product. I was told there was a computor problem in the company, and they had lost my order. Icalled again on 1-22-25, 2-4-25,and 3-14-25. They take my info and tell me they will take care of it. Still no product or refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: This complaint has nothing to do with any previous orders that I have made from North American Nutra. This order was placed on 11-23-24. I have never received the shipment. After repeated calls to them, in which reports were filed, I received a call from  North American Nutra on 3-25 -25. He assured me they would send my current order immediately. I still haven't received anything.

      Purchased Ceremin from American Nutra on December 5th, 2024 and sent a check that was cashed on December 17. Since then I have not received the product or a requested refund despite calls following up with them and speaking to representatives on December 30, January 9, and January 29. Each time they extend the request for a refund by several weeks, alleging they have computer glitches. I recommend never buying a product from this company.

      I emailed to be removed from their mailing list and received a list of things they wanted in order to be removed. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I dont need to provide them anything and want to be removed immediately.

      Around December 1st North American neutra charged my debit card ****** for something that chase **** had blocked and I was told I needed to call or inform ********** that I wanted to make this charge well after I found out it was blocked and did research on the company I did not want the products therefore I did not call them they went ahead and charge the card 2 weeks later unbeknownst to me I received the product I'm sending it back and I want a full refund their business practices are horrible I called to complain about it was hung up by some guy.
