      check written on 1/19/2023 for $79.90, for order of two bottles of botanic superfoods with two free bottles for a total of 4 bottles. check was written on 1/19/2023 and cleared for payment on 1/25/023. North American nutraceutical is stamped on back of check with SEQ: 28, Dep: ****** along with date of 1/19/23. The check was made for North American Nutra yet it cleared it cleared for North American Nutraceutical. Copies of super product and deposited check is attached. letter is being mailed today. hoping for some help

      Ordered product from North American Nutra. The product didnt work for me so I returned it and was credited with the cost on my card. When I bought the product (ceremin) I was promised an extra $100 just for trying it. They didnt give me the extra $100, so I called several times, and was told to be patient. About a month, and several calls,later, I received a check for $100 that bounced. My bank returned the check and charged me $15. I would like another $100 (valid) check from them. From all the complaints against this company, ** surprised they are still doing business.

      Good Afternoon,

      Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this matter .

      First off, we want to sincerely apologize for your experience whilst trying to obtain your additional money-back offer.

      There is no excuse for having to make multiple calls to our customer care team to have that check issued and we will be looking into all interactions to ensure proper procedures were followed.

      Unfortunately our accounting department is located in ******* and problems with issued checks during hurricane **** We were made aware of this error and all checks that were affected we re-issued.
      The original check issued to this customer was numbered ****, issued on 9/16/2022 was affected and re-issued on 10/04/2022, numbered ****. The subsequent check was cashed on 10/11/2022, proof of this has been attached to our response.
      If the customer could specify the bounce fee that was incurred by their bank, North American Nutra will issue an additional check to cover this fee.

      We sincerely apologize and hope that we can make this right.
