      I paid over $119 for 3 jars of Ceremin . They cashed my check in March but never sent this product to me, I've written to them three times, but never received a response, I'm beginning to believe there is something fraudulent about this company. I hope no one else has this problem

      I ordered 12 jars of Ceremin from North American Nutra on April 20. I still do not have the product. I called today and was told that it was out of stock and they probably would not have any until into June. They took my money from my credit card on April 22, 2024. $325.95. I tried to find out why I wasn't told about the shortage when i ordered it but couldn't get an answer. **************** was very rude I suspect something is ***** and I'm afraid they are trying to get away with not shipping the product. I have been a customer for many years so I am perplexed as to their attitude and don't know what else to do. The product has improved my memory emensly. Can you help me?

      I ordered Supper Foods on 2/21/24 and today is 4/13/24. I have called customer service several times. They say it is back ordered. I ask to cancel the order and refund my money. They tell me they can't do that. I am sitting here with no product, with no firm date of delivery, and I have lost $199. I want my money back!!!!

The time frame of the shipment should have been properly communicated upon ordering and we have requested the sales call to ensure the agent followed our outlined procedures.
      It appears there was a partial credit issued on your order on 3/18/2024, we have gone ahead and credited the remainder of the sales price.

      If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is a scam and they just take your money. They let you order a product thats not even in stock ($200 worth), charge your card, never give you any sort of confirmation of an order and customer service is a joke. *** reached out multiple times for a refund and no one responds to me. I have tried calling & get told there are no agents available & then it hangs up. All I want is a refund and to never deal with this company again. BEWARE OF THEM.

      I order 6 bottles of selenexgsh on 12/26/23 they charged me $119.70 and never sent pills saying out of stock. I asked for cancel and refun nothing happened. I call and they cannot cancel I sent email and they do not respond. I have sent 4 email and at least 5 calls to no available

      I ordered Botanic Superfoods 2Bottles from this Company last Aug. 1, ********************************************************************************************* so. However , I finally asked to cancel that order and be refunded , but always they reasoned out that their warehouse is supposedly be the one to cancel it and then I will be refunded. That was Sept 4 but now after several calls then and now Sept 20th , no REFUND was done. Do not order from this Company to avoid ******* your money. It is not BBB Accredited!

      I returned the pills I bought. This company acknowledges that the pills were received in May. I have called customer service 5 times and have still not received my refund check of $199.75. I would Never recommend anyone to have anything to do with this company. **************
