    I hired Adrienne, the owner of this photography business, back in June for a photoshoot scheduled in August. We received the proofs from this photoshoot exactly 6 weeks after. I asked for a few edits, which I never received, but at this point I would just like the final downloadable versions of the pictures we have chosen. I have made multiple attempts to ask for these with no response, with our last correspondence being November 4th. I have paid her in full and just want the photos I paid for. I have a very long string of emails between her and I that I am happy to provide if necessary.

    As per the contract, the photos were delivered within the 6 week time frame my contract allows. Due to when the pictures were taken, they did require more editing than they usually would, and that was communicated with the client. I delivered the gallery for the clients to pick their favorites on September 26th and did not hear back from them that they had selected their favorites until November 4th at which time they requested additional photos and edits to existing photos. I told them at that time that I would not be able to complete their request until Wednesday at the earliest. The client did message me on November 17th which I didn't see and that is my fault. I didn't receive another email until November 24th at which time I was on vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon checking my work email this morning I saw a complaint submitted to the BBB and not another request in my email. At that time I immediately sent the link to the downloads - one for full resolution for printing and one for social media sharing if they so choose. Both links were delivered at 10:55am. Both links were delivered to the email address made to favorite the pictures, and as of 1:48pm no pictures have been downloaded. The transaction between the client and I has been completed by delivery of the photos favorited.
