    Work overall inside and outside was not premium. Employee admitted it took more than one person doing the job he was asked to do by himself. Inside work is disappointing as well but my real issue is outside in the deck area. During the job, there were several delays which we worked through. Owner seemed nice at the time.Owner will not honor warranty. Was upcharged witha new quote, for removing and grinding concrete to avoid bubbling of the surface uinstallation of colored quartz polyaspartic. Was advised if I did not pay for that, they could not warranty work, as they needed to grind it all for proper adhesion so I did understand and paid. Now areas are bubbling up and I called owner who had promised to come by but since has not responded. I was hoping we could have sorted it between us. I just need that area repaired.

    Good evening,

    Sorry to hear of your complaint.  Unfortunately we believe that you are issuing a complaint in error against us mistakenly.  We do not have any data suggesting that weve ever done business with you or your firm, and we certainly do not involve ourselves in harassing communications or solicitations. 

    If you can please advise what exactly we have done it would be appreciated.  Otherwise, we feel certain this claim is made in error.
