      I hired Aspen to move my belongings from ****************, **, to *******, **********, where I am visiting. *********************, supervisor, assured me all my belongings would be delivered safe and sound. When delivery finally occurred, all my jewelry plus five large amethyst stones measuring seven inches by three inches in diameter were all missing. ****** at first denied this, then said he would reimburse me, even if it came from his own pocket. I did not have my belongings photographed or insured. ****** asked for a list of all my missing jewelry. I made one. It came to about $7,700 in value. I asked for a minimum of $1,000. He has since stopped answering phone calls and emails. He and his agent, ****** or Gateway Moving, have ignored me and said I was lying. My jewelry was from my parents, daughter, grandchildren, clients, myself and consisted of many ***** earrings and necklaces, gemstone earrings and necklaces, cultural earrings, necklaces and other items from Africa, *************, the U.S. I am a healer, and used my large, expensive amethysts in healing and for beauty. As well, a few books were missing and other assorted items, such as African carvings and other things that are dear to me. I am 80, soon 81. This was a violation of my trust, negligence on the part of both Aspen Moving Solutions and Gateway Moving. At the very least, I desire a financial compensation. I can never get back the jewelry from my mother, father, daughter, grandchildren, friends, clients, nor what I purchased on my own. I am returning to my visit of ********** and can be reached via email or Whatsapp at ************. Email: ******************* I have lists from Aspen of the contents in the 24 boxes. This list, signed by Aspen is now in **********, where I am returning in two days. I can adds it to this document.
