      I parked my car at **************************************************************** on 10/25/24, I paid the parking meter in the same lot in the amount of $10.70 and was parked just under 3 hrs. A few weeks later I receive a notice stating I parked in a private lot and I have an outstanding balance of $90 but if paid in 30 days they will reduce it to $45. This letter comes off as a citation but clearly a scam. I have a copy of my credit card showing payment to Asta parking on 10/25/24. Stay away from any Asta Parking lots. I will not be paying this false charge

      Do not park at this lot/building.They will later send you a bill for $90. I parked for 20 minutes. (to take a picture of the sunrise at 6:45 AM)-- and I admit I didn't pay I get a letter from them stating I owe $90 for parking.It's ridiculous.

      They send me a notification that we have not paid for Parking on November 26, 2023, and I send them a picture of the credit card charge posed on my Bank statement, which has the name of the parking, and they still dont accept the proof. They emailed me back and they want me to provide the original receipt of payment that i did at the machine almost a month ago. Stay away from Asta Parking, because they are blood thirsty monsters, and they will do anything to make you pay again. I will report them to the business bureau for trying to trick people in making double payments.

      I paid for 6 hrs of parking and I received a parking charge of 90 dollars for an overstay of 30 min. I have made a dispute for this case, since I wasnt warned about an overstay charge and much less that is was going to be such an absurd one. I paid 32 dollars for 6 hours, I overstay 30 minutes and I have to pay a 90 dollars charge? It is unreasonable. If they want to charge people that fee, that should at least warn them before, and not after it happens.

      Asta Parking valet service messed up my sister car and now refusing to pay for it I will never refer this ************* to anyone in the world !!!!! They never reported to me that her bumper was off they let me ride off knowing they messed up my sister car ????

      Their machine charged me twice. Their call answering service keep saying they are going to call back to resolve and nothing. Their addresses are not the right addresses so we cannot reach them in their offices either.
