    My mini split ac is 3.5 years old ive had it reapaired 4 times and i wasnt able to get it covered by the warrenty because ***** heating put the wrong informatiom in with the manufacture company . So i had to pay out of pocket . The fourth repair was the compressor went out i had to pay for the part i called the manufactur and they discounted the part . I asked to have my freon reused to save money and they said ok then they used new freon and charged me for it . I was told i would pay 50 percent of the hourly cost and i didnt get that they sent 2 people and only 1 peeson was working i was ******* for both they said i would be able to make monthly payments and they wanted bi weekly . I was told it would be around 500 to 600 and it was over 900 i have no invoice no proof i paid ****** i didnt sign anythingand they are calling my every week i have no extra money and this all happened not due to my neglagence i disnt file the warenty they did and i had to pay a over 800 dollars on the pre ious repair just months before .and now they are telling me im getting charged an extra 30 percent on what i dont know
