I have called several times for money they tell me check is in mail, They also will chug a restocking fee which is not in contract.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during this process the vendor we use had some delays in the manufacturing and the delivery process due to the customization of the product.

We mailed a check 9/29/23 for $4500.00 The total price was $5000.00 minus -$500.00 fee for restocking due to custom order.  We will cut another check and void the other sent or if the customer would like to come by and pick up the check or wait a couple more days.

on 3/18/2022 a fuel surcharge was added to our bill. We agreed to move forward. After CFSB failed permitting a few times and called to collect permit fees- we cancelled the garage build. This was in June of 2022. Mr. W**** the VP of CFSB called and worked a resolution which included no permit fee, as the original contract stated, and also agreed to no fuel surcharge verbally. He also agreed that we would have the garage built in 6 wks. The garage was not finished until October 2022, and the doors were all messed up. They left the key to our building hanging in the door with no one around and us living 1300 miles away at the time. After finally fixing the doors Feb of 2023, CFSB immediately wanted their money, having other things still left undone. They also now are charging us the fuel surcharge. I would like this fuel surcharge refunded and them reported for lying and having unfair business practices.

As stated in the previous response, I have never had communication with this individual to give a verbal agreement to wave the fuel surcharge. I do have the email chain that shows agreement to pay the fuel surcharge between the sales team and this individual. The fuel surcharge was not added back at the end of this project but was paid by the customer over six months ago. The only balance left to pay at the end was in relation to the doors that were replaced. I recommend and would welcome a phone call from this customer. I always strive to have a positive, respectful relationship with our customers and believe that the best way forward would be a verbal conversation so that this misunderstanding can be resolved.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
Its interesting that I am not considered the customer, yet my name is on the contract, my name and signature were on the final check. I receive their emails and mail, yet I am not the customer.

this case can be closed. There is no further contact needed with this company.
