    ****** collected $4,000 for a trailer deposit from me and then admitted he couldnt meet the promised delivery date. He said he had ordered materials but when I read all his reviews I became suspicious and called his suppliers who were familiar with him and said nothing had been ordered with my money for my trailer. We agreed to part ways and he refunds my deposit and now hes acting like he doesnt know how to use Zelle or Venmo. I offered to come pick up cash and he goes quiet. He did return $510 of my money. But as of today he has stolen the other $3490. This was a scam, and it is clear I have been robbed and I am want / need my money back. Hes replying but all lies and fake promises and has failed to return my funds.

    On 04/05/2024 I order a new custom boat trailer and payed it in full. The owner gave me 5 different dates when could pick up my trailer, when I would show up he always had an excuse why it was'nt done or the gate would be locked and no one around. I have asked for a full refund and he said no because the trailer was built for my boat. he even showed me a video of a trailer being built saying it was mine. a month later I showed up he tryed telling me the trailer he was building was mine at that time. he has done that twice, 3 times he told me the axles where the wrong ones. Or the frame was wrong. And now he said he moved his shop but won't tell me where he moved.

    My husband and I had purchased a custom made trailer in April 2023 and paid $10,000 for it. We had sent the money by electronic transfer in 4 separate statement. After many times of falsifying that the trailer was made he had yet to send a VIN number or even deliver the trailer which was promised in the purchase. It has now been over 8 months and we have not received the trailer. We have also asked for full reimbursement and have yet to receive our rightful money returned.

    We are still working with the company to provide the repayment of our undelivered trailer that we put a deposit down for. The company has been very difficult to work with and we are still waiting for $6000 repayment. This problem has been ongoing and I dont feel that the situation has been resolved. This company is not reliable and others on ****** reviews have mentioned that this company does not provide products for what you pay for and the company employees are not helpful in rightsizing the situation.

    I have been dealing with CJ/Carlos same person on getting a triple axle trailer for the past month. He told me to wire over $11K which I thought was strange but he seemed like a good guy. For now the past 2 weeks I am receiving one excuse after the other with the promises that my trailer will be ready the next day and then the next day and nothing. I am asking him to send me pics to show me proof he is working on it and still nothing. Then he promise me he will give some free upgrade and to give him an extra day but keep on making more excuses. Now I am asking him for a refund and he said no, sorry but my trailer is not even built. I will be calling my attorney and local authority and wouldn't recommend anyone to send this company a dollar upfront.

    On December 5, 2022 I sent (via wire per Carlos request) $1,465.00 dollars for two sets of wheels tires and hubs for my boat trailer. I have had multiple conversations with Carlos (the owner of alumatrek) and he keeps telling me he will ship it tomorrow. I finally got him to agree to send me the money back. He will only send back via wire. So Tuesday February 28,2023 I sent him my wire info and now he will not answer or return my calls. He has not sent the wire. After further research about his current and prior companies (******** ******* and Alumatrek) he has a history of taking people’s money and not sending the products.
