      Amazing experience! At Boca Raton showroom is spectacular, with a wide variety of products for BBQ and outdoor kitchens. All the items are of excellent quality and beautifully displayed. I loved the attention of the Manager Franco. Definitely a place I will visit again. Thank you for such a positive experience!

      We had purchased our first outdoor kitchen from this company almost 10 years ago. Now it was time to renovate and expand and so we visited our local store in Boynton Beach. The selection of models are as beautiful as ever, and this time we added a bat island. We are very happy with our new set and the service and delivery process was perfect !

      How in the world can BBB give Paradise Grills an A+, that is insane! 4/9/22 made a purchase in the amount of 19K and no problem since we didn't have to deal with customer service. 11/9/24 made another $7,070 purchase and dealing with customer service has been a living hell. We have jumped through all their trouble shooting hoops even tho they PROMISE excellent customer service. Temp on fridge does not regulate even after sending pictures and obeying their dictates. CS told me the fridge worked even tho the temp on any setting doesn't get above 29! They promised us a new fridge to be delivered today 12/27/24 and yep, you guessed it no fridge because "it didn't make the truck"! We are rescheduled for 1/2/25! This is so unbelievably wrong! The make deliveries to Merritt Island but God help you if you need service. They force you into a membership in order to get a "good deal". After reading reviews all over the internet, this company gets an A+. I always thought BBB was fair. I was foolish enough to think that Paradise Grill would live up to their hype. I will continue to let people know how awful their customer service is and believe me when I say they will NEVER get another penny from us! Yes, I went ugly all of these lying representatives because I have zero respect for liars!

      Purchased an 8' grill island with wine cooler and double drawer unit. Product feature review and sale worked smoothly, unit was delivered on the day it was promised. No damage or issues. Start up and checkout were flawless. Grilled on it the same night.
      Avary ***** and Justin ****** (The Villages Store) handled my sale and I could not be more pleased.
