    I am filing this complaint because Wawa has held onto money that they were not authorized to charge for an extended period of time.First Issue: I placed an order for a couple of sandwiches, but I was charged twice for the same order. The amount was deducted from my account twice. When I called customer service, I was told the issue needed to be escalated and that someone would contact me in three days. This means Wawa is holding onto my money for three days before even initiating the process to credit it back to my account.Second Issue: I placed a delivery order and waited for it to arrive. The delivery time kept getting pushed back, and after waiting an hour and a half, the order was canceled. When I called the store, they said a delivery driver likely picked up the order and didnt deliver it. **************** assured me I would receive a refund, but it would take 10 business days for the money to be returned.Even more frustrating, despite confirming I never received the order, customer service couldnt immediately credit my account or redo the order. Based on the situation, I would have expected them to at least resend the order or provide a quicker ************* both cases, Wawa has held onto money they were not authorized to take, and they provided no immediate solution. If this had been my only source of funds to buy food, I wouldnt have been able to eat that night. **************** simply stated their only option is to process a refundwith no way to expedite the process or escalate my concerns. This is unacceptable, unreasonable, and needs to be addressed.
