      Company did not meet there standards on providing care for apartments and maintaining the condition and health of people living in the buildings, several times we have made complaints and nothing was done let alone neglected to act on anything. I started to have heart problems because mold found in the walls and water leakage that affected my clothes and inhalation

      I applied for an apartment on 06/21/2022 and was supposed to move on 07/29/2022. I was not given a chance to see my apartment and no contact was made with me I would call and no answer and I would have to drive 30 minutes just to see if there's any update. Once I finally saw my apartment, which was about the day before move in, my apartment had a pest issue and there were several things that weren't completed. I was missing the top of my stove , my blinds were chewed on , my fan didn't work and ROACHES. I made my concerns and they pushed my date 2 weeks to august 8th so they can "fix" everything. I come on the 8th and absolutely not one thing was fixed. The assistant manager jovanna tried to throw her coworker under the bus, over talked me and gave me no solution. They would move me to another apartment but I'll have to pay more. As if they didn't inconvenience me enough. She did not want to refund me my admin fee since I did not want the roach apartment and it was stated that it's refundable if I do not take the apartment. The whole process just wasted my time money and gas and it was so unprofessional. I want my refund back.
