      I'm very dissatisfied with scooterbug. We are both handicap. We had to push the scooter. So we got another one and it was worse. I believe it created more issues with our movement. Don't rent from this company not only a waste of your money, it also wastes your time.

      Scooterbug saved our vacation! It was so easy to pick up and drop off our stroller, SO reasonably priced, and the stroller was in great condition. We will definitely be using Scooterbug for any future trips.

      Great service, called company to get a replacement due to chair back broken . Still able to drive and was out at one of the parks they told me that was okay when we get back just switch out scooters. Company sent me a text to let me know scooter was there. Battery lasted all day long. Also able to ride gondola with chair. Anyone that has a problem with this company obviously is a difficult person.

      There was an issue with one of the scooters delivered and they resolved this as quickly as possible. The cost was very reasonable and the scooters made it possible for us to enjoy very busy days with our family on our first full family vacation! I highly recommend Scooter Bug.

      We rented a wheelchair for three days at Universal. Scooterbug delivered the wheelchair to our hotel before check in and then picked it back up at check out. The wheelchair was in great shape and the price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend!

      I was a bit apprehensive about renting from scooter bug but figured the convenience of having it at bell services upon my arrival and just dropping it there at checkout was worth giving it a try.
      Even after speaking to scooter bug employees I was afraid the battery would not last all day and I would have to keep charging it and slowing down my day spent in the Disney Parks. My fears were all wasted. The battery was more than enough from early morning entry to late night extra hours! I admit I was very good at turning off the scooter in every line even if it was only for 20 seconds of wait time as the line was stop and go. I returned each night with plenty of battery power and only recharged at night while sleeping. I was caught in a downpour and stayed under covered areas as much as possible but certainly had to move around a bit in the rain - I had someone in my party put my poncho over the back of the seat to cover me and the scooter and the shower cap from my hotel room fit perfectly over the key area allowing me to see and use the key while keeping that area dry. If I got off during the rainy period, I pulled down the seat and covered it all with poncho snapping it in place so the wind didn’t disturb it. No problems and easy to use. Would recommend ScooterBug and would use again if the need arose.

      Great company and service..
      Had to return first units and get replacements. This is the third 5 day rental in two years. Will use them again next year

      Love Scooter Bug ! They are a Godsend for a Disney trip! Always have had a smooth rental process and they are affordable! They take care of any issues you might have immediately and when our flight got canceled we were able to keep the scooters for another day with a couple of minute phone call!
      Thank you Scooter Bug for making a Disney Trip possible for us!

      I love scooter bug it was great my first scooter wasn’t holding a good charge they replaced the next day by 8:00 am I missed no time in the park.The people at scooter bug was very friendly and easy to work with.
      One thing it rained a lot almost every night at the park you need to explain to keep the top cover and make a better cover for us to use when it rains
