      The wheelchair was easy to schedule waiting for us when we got there. We went all over Disney World without a problem. I love that we didn’t have to be there for drop off or pick up! We will definitely use them again.

      The first scooter I got quit working. I called at 1130am to report. I was told I’d get a replacement in 1 to 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I started calling Scooter-bug about every 45 minutes to an hour. I was at Disney and didn’t want to waste my day in the room. I talked to several employees of Scooterbug,several did not know anything. One thought I was someone else and asked if I had moved from another resort to the one I was staying in. The last guy I talked to took the time to go. Check everything out. He didn’t try to feed me a bunch of crap. He told me they only had 1 delivery person and my scooter would arrive in about 30 minutes and it did!! My new scooter arrived at 3:25pm. I have used Scooterbug several times before without issue. I’m giving 3 stars because the last man took the time to figure out what was going on. Otherwise it would have been a 1.

      Worst scooter company ever. They rent broken scooters with electrical issues. Scooter just stops working. Bad customer service. I waited a good portion of my day at Disney waiting for an exchange along with 3 other scooterbug customers with the same electrical issue. I can't believe Disney recomends this company. I wonder how much Disney is making. DONT USE SCOOTER BUG!!!

      These guys saved our concert. We booked another service that went completely AWOL (premier Vegas mobility scooters)
      They were at the *********. Very quick easy convenient and affordable.

      Renting, picking up and dropping off the scooter from ScooterBug was easy! Using the scooter, I think, was a problem for me ... keep in mind, this was my first time on a scooter ... I think rear-view mirrors would've helped but at the same time would've been too cumbersome. Loved the turle-rabbit control knob!! Armrests and basket were great! Battery life was also great!! Even after using it all day, it went down only one tick mark!!

      Super easy pick up and drop off. Stroller in top notch condition and very clean. Would definitely use again if needed.

      A flawless rental experience of 2 strollers. The strollers were at our resort on arrival ready and waiting on us. This is my second time renting from ScooterBug and will not be my last!!

      Highly recommend Scooterbugbfir mobility scooters. The scooters are clean and running well. I had no issues this past week in Disney world. But it is comforting to know that they are a phone call awY and will exchange a scooter if necessary. I have rented from scooterbug each year and several times a year for over a decade. Scooterbug is my go to for all my mobility needs!

      Picked up wheelchair at the Disney hotel as expected. No problem with the wheelchair itself. Returned it at the reception without any hassle. It was convenient and would certainly use the company again if needed.
