      If I could give a zero rating I would! We called the day of our accident to get help and it took a month before hearing from anyone. Mr. **** the lawyer, and Ms. *********** the case manager are very unprofessional and rude when we tried calling with questions, concerns or updates about our case. They never return phone calls or emails and when one of them do it's "well I spoke to your wife" then hangs up. Never once listening to us as people. We are supposed to be seeing a chiropractor and other specialists but can not find out anything.
      Then this morning being disgusted with the poor service and letting them know that we were looking to find another attorney if they weren't wanting to take care of us, we get the message that our case was suddenly closed.
      Now our question becomes, do we keep all these appointments they scheduled or not?
      MR. MORGAN; this is how attorneys and case managers using your good name are treating clients, like they are nothing but dollar signs and their issues are non-existent nor important.
      DO NOT USE or have these two people handle any case you have!! Find another law firm if this is how Morgan and Morgan lets the lawyers treat the clientele!

      These people never answer a voicemail never answer a email nothing! My father is deceased and hired them for a case he had before he died. It’s sad they want 40% of any settlement but can’t even give you a update on what’s going on! What’s so hard about responding to a email! Trust me I dnt like to tlk otp either but a email is so easy and convenient! I hate he hired these people they do not care about their clients! If you are to busy to update someone maybe you sldnt take so many clients at once!! And it’s clear this is true I have read every review and we all basically are saying the same thing! The communication is horrible with any attorney or paralegal at Morgan and Morgan! All we ask for is a update Or response! Especially if you haven’t heard anything in over a yr! And you will never get to speak with the “attorney” that’s supposed to be handling the case! So Wht are we supposed to do???

      If I could give negative stars I would! I literally cried my eyes out to them for some sort of direction in regards to being lacking in credits for a disability case and they were not very personable and after about a minute said nope they couldn’t help me period! Jon Morgan himself said nobody is a nobody… what a lie! So disappointed

      If I could give morgan and morgan a negative 5 star i would! My fiance Karyn ****** had and accident on June 23 of this year and every time she call they never answer her! She finally gotten a text today and they told her that they was giving the insurance company 30-45 days to respond! So what happen to the last 4 months that they haven't responded? I told her from the start to not reach out to them because every review they receive is the same! Now she had an accident in June now tell me what insurance company haven't reached out to them with an offer since that long of time? If you want poor service and someone to bulljive you around, then this is the RIGHT lawfirm for you!!!!

      Horrible attorneys. Did a phone interview just came out of surgery and had to repeat myself so much I had a headache. The office was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. When they decided to finally transfer me to an attorney whom thought I was going to repeat ALL the details again for the 15th time I disconnected the call. Be aware of the big attorneys with the flashy websites They are the worst.

      Horrible experience, I have been a client staring in January, I have had 5 different case mangers and lawyers they don’t communicate so every time I get someone new my case starts over. My last time was the first time to make a demand and that happened in July, in September when I got a new team they reach out to my doctors office to request copy’s of bills records etc. it’s been almost 2 months and still nothing. When you try and contact someone it take at least a week if not longer to get a text or a call back, the service I have been receiving is awful, this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and will be doing everything I can to find a law firm that has there Clients best interest in mind. Please if your thinking about doing business with them save yourself the stress and pick a firm that will at least do it part
