      Awful intake department that can't speak clear English. I submitted a matter under the class action heading weeks ago, got 3 calls over a month at bizarre times and voicemails from heavily accented call center workers. I answered today and was asked about my case by a man I could barely understand, then was cutoff very quickly and told I'd be transferred to a specialist I.E. not an attorney. This woman couldn't pronounce "Berkeley" among many others and when I tried giving her details she unilaterally decided that their firm couldn't help. Despite having included all relevant information on my intake form. I'm a barred attorney and have worked in legal intake. This person didn't seem to understand what a class action was or that was what I was pursuing. You'd be better off a random call center and describing your legal issue to them. I've worked at a certified Legal Referral and Information Service and I can tell no attorney even looked at my intake sheet and these uneducated and untrained call center drones are a joke. Why contact me MULTIPLE times to do a an intake on a Friday after 5pm if you haven't even read the form? The incompetence is startling and this firm should be avoided like the plague.

      Reading some of these negative review for Morgan and Morgan was very surprising for me. I know every case is different.
      My experience with this firm is nothing more than exceptional. My Counselor JB and his Team was Professional, Attentive, Knowledgeable, and Dedicated to my case. They communicated and guided me to follow the do's and don'ts through the entire process and I heed to what they say. When I have questions and concerns, they satisfactory respond with sound advise.
      Morgan and Morgan with my Counselor and his Team certainly met and exceeds my expectations for my case. I am truly grateful for my Counselor winning my case. Thank you!

      Morgan & Morgan are a horrible, dishonest company! I contacted them for help with my SSI Disability! They did a phone interview. The questions asked were about my assets, my bank account balance, if anyone was helping me with money, if I had any type of other funds such as CD’s, life insurance, inheritance, etc. When they reviewed my answers and decided I had nothing, they couldn’t take my case! They DO NOT help “ordinary” people like their ads say! It’s all about what they can get! Their commercials are false! They lie! All they focus on is how much money they can get from you or money from your case! Stay away from this firm!!! Sad…

      She the one in my case almost 5 moth my case closed and the have my check she said 90 day and still witting and now she not answer the call even the email. I will never refer anyone to this firm!
